Awesome house with plenty of space, a great kitchen, and a kind, responsive host. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do in Seaside and enjoyed our stay. If we return to Seaside we'd be happy to stay here again!

Clean and roomy property with a great kitchen. We loved the wonderful quiet neighborhood, it is close to the beach… the perfect short walk. Pet friendly… our doodle was comfortable and the backyard is fenced. It was super easy for his potty/poo trips outside. It rained while we were there or we for sure would have enjoyed the patio set up. Praise also for the great communication from the host. He was responsive, friendly and helpful :)Awesome family vacation with our adult kids…Seaside never disappoints. Definitely recommend this property.

Great house! Kitchen was fantastic, well stocked and high end appliances, plus one of the best coffee station I’ve ever had in a vacation rental. Plenty of room for 6 adults and a dog, very quiet at night and only a few blocks to a great beach! On the downside the description of the beds is wrong, there is one room with a queen bed (not king as described) and two rooms downstairs each with queen over queen bunks and one room has a twin. One of the rooms opens in to the other so if privacy is important it would be tricky. For our group it worked just fine! I would not recommend larger people for the top bunks, they’re real close to the ceiling and probably have a lower weight limit but would be fine for little kids. Would stay again!

The stay was great! This is a great home for a beach trip. Location was fantastic, kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of space to spread out. Absolutely would stay again.The only reason we thought 4 stars for cleanliness is that the backyard had a lot of dog poops throughout when we got there, and we wound up stepping in some on accident and tracking it around. Otherwise the home was great.

Too many unsafe issues for us to try and enjoy our stay with little ones. Electrical outlets left exposed downstairs with no covers. Tools left out on bottom patio. As well as an old cooler with mold growing on it. The patio that had burn damage we were told would affect our stay was horrible. It did affect being able to let children out to play as it had very sharp corners and looked way too unstable for them to be around. Did not appreciate the excess equipment under patio on lower level either. Trash cans were also overflowing with trash and made it hard to throw away trash outside. The downstairs bedrooms were not as listed or like the photographs in the listing. The room where the door leads to outside had a gapping under the door that let mosquitos through at night that caused the babies to get bit. There was a giant hole in the closet that was sharp wood and had lots tools and wires just laying around for kids to reach easily. We couldn’t properly fit pack n plays due to the room having a large bunk instead of two twins as listed and showed in pictures! The floors were so dirty our feet were covered in black after five minutes walking around. The downstairs shower and toilet area was so dirty and had tiles broken. Stained carpets. Broken screen door. The light switch at front door was sticking out of the wall with gapping. The place needs major maintenance repairs if you are going to keep the listing as kid friendly. Let alone anyone. This was very disheartening.

Everything honestly was pretty great except the downstairs bathroom smelled like pee and was not the most clean and one bed out of 6 smelled like B.O., but the upstairs bathroom was great and the rest of the beds were great. Checking in and out was easy.

We were pleasantly surprised how close to the beach access it was. Not only that but it was the perfect entrance to a part of the beach that wasn’t so abundantly full and had a clear path in and out. There is also Seaside Market very close near the house for last minute needs which was a bonus. If you hop in the car your maybe a 3-6 minute drive to the promenade and the aquarium, plus the heart of downtown and lots of good sopping and eats. The house was perfect for a big family or 2 families. We really enjoyed every aspect of the house and wouldn’t change a thing. The only thing I would say is… that the listing states there are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in and each and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds… but actually there is a one room with only a queen bed, and 2nd room with a bunk bed that is a queen on top and queen on bottom plus a single twin bed and the 2nd room leads into the 3rd bedroom a bunk bed with queen on top and queen on bottom. It ended up being just fine for our family but is something to note if you have more than 2 adults coming in the trip as there isn’t 2 separate room with only queen beds in them. We absolutely can’t wait to book this house again and will hopefully be back for many years to come. We truly enjoyed the house very much.

Exceeds expectation

Very comfy/cozy. Roomier than expected. We only stayed one night but loved having a place to chill after zip lining. We picked up pizza, ate in, then walked on the beach on a beautiful evening. We would rent again - same place, same host!

Lovely home by the sea

We were in town to attend a wedding. The house was beautiful and full of high end touches. It’s convenient to the beach and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend. Host was super helpful and responsive. Excellent property!

The property was well groomed and prepared with most of the necessary household items for the stay. I saw threads and needles in a drawer for use if needed and I was impressed by the thoughtfulness. If you are bringing small children you should know there are many small decorative items around that they will likely be drawn to, childproofing will be necessary. The steps in the home are easy and low enough for small children to climb and decline safely, there was no gate available for babies to close off the stairway so you might wanna consider bringing one. Nice backyard. The owners responded to our questions and needs in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend this property for a vacation stay. The only thing I would suggest is maybe clamming equipment for the guest to use. The basement shower knobs needed to be loosened so that turning on and off the water can be easier. Trying to stop the leaking of the faucets was a bit of work after a shower.

Wonderful!

My family really enjoyed our stay here! The house had a unique layout, which provided plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. It was well stocked and nice and clean. The neighborhood was great as well, with lots of food options as well as beach access right around the corner!

We loved all the games available and they had all that you need if you forgot something at home. A small bedroom fan was all that I would add to the home. The appliances were high end and gas which I loved. Very spacious and nice walkable distance to the beach, food and stores.
