“Julie my wife and I stayed at kates farm for three nights for a break and a rest, we had a great break and we are totally rested. Fantastic break, Julie and Kate walking dogs every morning and evening, I kept the real fire going and that was perfect for us to sit down next to in the evening. Others said the breakfast was great and they are correct, Kates breakfast was fantastic .Kate was very attentive at all times and we felt perfectly at home.”

“Apartment was in a great location(although Seaton is mostly hills) views were great everything was right on door step . Beach/ shops were 5 - 10 minutes away. Apartment was very well furnished great kitchen area , two bedrooms very spacious, lovely big shower / bathroom Host were lovely ,very helpful.”

“We were a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids under seven and one grandparent) and we stayed at Purley for three nights. The property is well sized and sparingly but tastefully furnished. The kitchen has lots of kids crockery but the board games are ancient or have bits missing so bring your own. The outdoor space at the back needs some love and isn’t very child friendly (brambles, steep uneven steps) but we didn’t spend much time there as the beach is 5 mins walk away. “Easy parking very clean short walk to beer. Only thing to complain. There was no anti slip mat in bath for shower which made me feel a bit unsafe.”
