Great apartment in an excellent location. It worked well for our family. Right near the Space Needle and some fantastic food and coffee options. Lovely roof terrace with city views for dry days! Parking was also a huge bonus for this location. Responsive host if you need anything. Check in was a bit awkward as it involved picking up a key from a remote site 15 mins drive away (fine if you have your own transport but be aware if you don’t). We would certainly book here again.

Awesome location

2 min walk to the space needle. 15 min walk to Pike market. Lots of places to dine out.Dont recommend any more than 4 people. No central air. But there are Honeywell portable air-con units that work great.THE ROOFTOP HAS AMAZING VIEWS!

Great apartment in the heart of Seattle!

My family and I stayed here for Spring Break and had a wonderful comfortable stay. Easy check in. We were met by a host who showed us where to park (large parking spot if you have an SUV!), and showed us around the apartment and building. We have 2 teenage boys ages 16 & 13, and the apartment was very spacious for us. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen could use some more cookware, but we got by with what was there. Bathroom is huge and has a great shower. The window view of the city was wonderful to wake up to. Can't beat the location, right in the heart of Seattle! Space Needle is just a few minute walk away. The host was very responsive to questions also. Can't wait to stay here again!

Great Location!

The apartment was perfectly located for our weekend to watch the NCAA basketball games. It was fun being so close to the Space Needle and The Climate Pledge Arena was a quick 10 minute walk. The building was very safe as was the area around it. My only negative would be the bare bones kitchen and the Maxwell House coffee provided. :) It didn't affect our stay however as we only wanted to eat out while we were there and there were numerous restaurants close by. The check in process was a bit more complicated but no big deal as our greeter was quick to communicate with me and showed up right when we did, to give us the keys. I'd definitely stay here again next time we're in Seattle!

Perfect for Chihuly and the Needle

Chose this property for our weekend adventure in Seattle. The location was great as it was only a couple blocks over to the Space Needle and Chihuly Glass and Garden. The apartment was clean and cozy. Would say more, but no room to type.

Great location for Space Needle, Arena & Pike Place!

We visited for a long weekend for a Kraken game and had such a good time. The view from the rooms was great, with a slight view of the ocean even. The location was perfect to easily walk to the needle, Climate Pledge Arena, and Pike Place. The check-in process, although not via a keypad like we’re used to, was still easy with a person that communicated well with us in order to meet at the property to give us keys and show us around the property, which ended up being really nice to be shown where to park in the garage and where the fitness center was. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

I took my daughter and two friends to a concert at climate pledge— this was a perfect apartment. We had plenty of space, easy access garage parking and walking distance of arena. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent location and great amenities!

We were warmly greeted for key/fob handoff at the time set. We chose this as it was walking distance from our daughter's graduation event. This place was perfect as we took advantage of the exercise room just two doors down on our floor and roof terrace for meals with a view - it even has an 'indoor' glass dome if you need airconditioning or heating. Spectacular. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen clean. The place is very secure - you MUST use the key fob to get entrance, use the elevator etc. Good two were provided. I highly recommend this location and would rent it again (note the second bedroom wall is only a partial wall - about 7 ft tall, that divides the living room with the bedroom, so if you have people that want to go to bed early they need the first room to have some sound privacy).

Great Location

Super convenient to Seattle Center and good restaurants. Nice to have the parking garage in the city. Beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains were helpful in the main bedroom. Would stay again!

Awesome experience

Everything about this property is top notch. The check-in process was absolutely seamless and easy to coordinate. Parking was really easy with the reserved space in the garage. The size of the apartment was ideal for us and our two teenage kids. The location is great with plenty of attractions and restaurants within a short walk. The common area on the roof has perfect opportunities for great views of the city. We're looking forward to coming back again.
