  • The cabin has been newly upgraded and will be your secluded retreat about 30 feet behind the main house with a separate entrance and covered parking space.

    Enjoy your retreat with a full kitchen, countertop island, refrigerator, and microwave. The unit has one bedroom, one sofa bed, and sleeps up to 4 people.
    Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso.

    Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

The parking area was safe as was the property itself. The host was very prompt in responding to any questions. The cabin was very clean and everything worked as it should, including the heat. It was very cozy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!

Cozy and Safe

Cute and cozy house in a safe neighborhood. Excellent spot for my sister and I to stay after a day of sightseeing. Many tourist spots were very easy to get to from this location. Super easy check in and check out. Linh was great to work with.

Peaceful!

My brother and I came to Lake Forest Park to bury our Mom at Acacia Memorial Park. The location was convenient, but more than that, it was comfortable and peaceful, which we needed due to the nature of our visit. We met Linh who was very welcoming. I definitely recommend this guest house!

Worked great for what we needed

Easy to find and had the basics we needed for a couple nights. Very quiet and cozy, and convenient to Bothell. It was nice to have a small loveseat to sit on even with sofa bed made up. Backing out of the parking spot down the hill and onto the road was made easier with a backup cam. Beds were adequate but a little hard, especially the sofa bed.

Great value

This property was a great value in the location we needed. There were so many events in the Seattle area when we needed a place and most places jacked their prices way up. Everything was exactly as listed and fit our needs for one night.

Lovely cottage on a hillside

For a small cottage, the two bedrooms are large and comfortable. Though it is in a quiet, hilly location, it is only a short drive to a shopping mall with a large grocery store. There is also a lake nearby that is accessible to the public for walking and swimming. It's in a quiet, suburban, and forested location.

Great little stop!

Super clean! My wife loved that. Comfy and in a great neighborhood. Showers ran out of hot water very fast so maybe don't expect a long shower. Other than that we loved it.

Came for a concert loved the stay

Lynn's guest house is perfect place for a couple or a small family. All the comforts you need are aptly provided. It is in a beautiful, quiet, private setting with your own covered carport and outside setting areas. We loved everything about it. The check in/out process was simple and the entire stay went off without a hitch. I feel that the host would have been right on top of any issue that may have come up. The rice was very reasonable for the accommodations. If we are staying in the Seattle area again, this is the first place we will look to stay, without a doubt! Thank you!!!

Cozy cottage

This cozy cottage is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Lots of green surrounding you. Perfect size for 2 persons. The cottage is behind the owner’s home. It has a private entrance and 1 parking space . Very pleasant owner gave us a friendly welcome. This nice location is very near Mount Latke Terrace where we have family. It was perfect for us. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Great Neighborhood!

Loved the quiet neighborhood! While there we saw elk that walked by the cottage. However, it was smaller than I expected. We had trouble finding knives and the bathroom was very small. It also seemed that the only thermostat that worked was in the first room. I could not get the one in the living area to work. The hosts were pleasant.

Some Improvements

The bed needs to be higher and a better mattress should be installed. A table should be installed on both sides of the bed for glasses or water. The combination washer drier should be replaced with a separate washer drier. It is impossible to dry clothes if they do not get dry enough and the wash-dry cycle takes about 2 1/2 hours.

Delightful stay in this backyard cabin. It's very private and really larger than it looks from the pictures. The kitchen is well supplied; there are two sitting areas and a back bedroom. The washer and drier work well. I liked the tree-hemmed atmosphere. It is one of the quietest places I ever stayed, and I got work done here. It's only a five-minute drive to a shopping plaza with a nice diner, coffee, brewery, and Safeway. I will stay here again.

Nice and quiet. Cozy, clean and relaxing. Owner is kind, flexible and friendly. We were there for a retreat nearby and it was perfect. I would definitely got back if I am in the area again.
