Pros: comfortable bed. Clean unit. Great to have laundry onsite. Cons: The check-in process is a hassle and intrusive. You must carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs. This is a room in a shared space. The walls are paper-thin, and guests have parties until 2 am. The unit was cold and never got warm enough. There is nowhere to sit in your room other than on the bed. It's also a food desert. There is very little to eat within a 10-minute walk.

Parking was a bit of a challenge since it's street parking only. The place was immaculate and exactly as we expected. The heated floors in the bathroom was a nice surprise. The bed was very comfy and we appreciated the firmness variety of the pillows. You will have to walk down and up a fairly steep hill as well as one to three flights of stairs to access your room so I would but recommend for someone with limited mobility.

GOOD LUCK FINDING THE PLACE! THERE IS NO STAFF ON SITE AND WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY ARE TOTALLY INCAPABLE OF HELPING YOU. THE SO CALLED HOTEL (REALLY A CONVERTED RESIDENCE) IS LOCATED BEHIND ANOTHER ADDRESS. THE PERSON MY CAB DRIVER AND I SPOKE TO WAS NOT CAPABLE OF TELLING US THAT. SHE JUST WANTED TO NOT LISTEN AND PREFERRED TO BE RUDE TO US. SHE KET TELLING US TO GO THROUGH THE DOOR. ALL THE DOORS REQUIRED AN ACCESS CODE. WHICH SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME. ONCE INSIDE THERE IS NO ONE ON STAFF THERE. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. THE ROOMS ARE DULL AND CHEAPLY DONE. THE PLACE IS NOWHERE NEAR ANYTHING SO IF YOUR WALKING BE CAREFUL AS IT IS LOCATED ON VERY STEEP HILLS.

The apartment was in a great location. The room was clean and had everything I needed in the unit. I loved that one is able to control the temperature in the individual unit. The staff was very responsive to any questions I had. In terms of transportation- the bus stops right out front, which is convenient. There is also street parking if you rent a car- but the later you come in, the more challenging parking can get. The units are great for solo and couple travelers. Something that I wasn’t aware of when I made the booking is that there is $200 deposit required as well as a $47 cleaning fee outside of the hotels website- which wasn’t a problem, it just should be made clearer at the time of booking. All in all it was a great stay and I would definitely return when back in the Seattle area.

The property is very nice, seems to be new construction. The neighborhood is beautiful with shops and public transit within walking distance. You will need a good pair of shoes though, the hills are steep! The room was small but had everything I needed and more: bed, TV, refrigerator, microwave, private bathroom, toilet, and sink. Downsides are that my window looked into the neighbors window, so you have to keep the blinds closed for privacy. There appeared to be some mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the shower was missing some grout/caulking on the inside of the shower near the door. I bring this up because there was a sign about closing the door to prevent damages, however the door was not properly sealed. Additionally, the walls are THIN! I could hear the neighboring rooms conversation and when their phone would vibrate. Overall this was a nice little room with a comfortable bed. Most of my time was spend in the city, not my room, so the room accomplished what I needed.

BEWARE, not as advertised

BEWARE Whatever price you agreed to when booking you will be hit with unexpected, mandatory “cleaning fees" in order to check in. Facilities are rundown, and other guests were comically noisy during my stay, but even a low conversation would have been audible due there being no sound insulation between rooms whatsoever. There are no reps on-site to help resolve any issues you do encounter. Also do not believe reviews that parking will be easy or convenient. You will not find parking for loading/unloading and will often park several blocks from location due to high demand in the area. There are many affordable places in Seattle without the hassle, and they are upfront about their costs.

Amazing room for the price, in an incredibly convenient neighborhood (20min walk to the Space Needle and tons of other activities) that also happens to have lots of lovely homes and people. The theme of the room was not really what we were interested in, but I will note that there was very little to support the theme. That aside, the room itself was great - everything is quite new. Comfortable bed, easy temperature control (AC/heat), a wine fridge and sink, with a Keurig for the early flight wakeup. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the little extras (shampoo/bodywash, extra towels for makeup-removal) were appreciated. We didn't use the shared kitchen space, but it appeared well-stocked and everything was nice and clean. The host was very communicative, and the 'about' website he sent 24h before our arrival was really handy. Cons: the room is not big, it's at the top of a very steep hill, and there are stairs to get to it in the building. Some of the linens were a bit frayed. To us, these were all non-issues, and we were very happy with our stay.
