    Welcome to our charming vintage Condo located next to the Convention Center in the heart of Seattle! This Condo combines modern comforts with historical character. If you’re looking for a unique experience in Seattle and appreciate the charm of older buildings, this is the perfect spot for you.



    An ideal home base for business travelers and leisure visitors alike, this 12th-floor condo sits at the meeting point of Capitol Hill and downtown Seattle within walking distance to the Convention Center, easy access to I-5, Swedish Hospital, and countless restaurants, boutiques, and theaters.



    The Space:

    The condo itself is bright and comfortable, with east-facing city views and contemporary furnishings. There's a convenient desk workspace as you walk through the front door, as well as a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a pass-through window to the living room. You can watch Netflix as you cook, or wait to kick back on the sofa after serving dinner at the dining room table for four. Additional amenities include free WiFi, another desk workspace in the bedroom, a game room in the building (available upon request to the concierge), and a shared roof deck with views of downtown, Elliott Bay, Lake Union, and the Fourth of July fireworks.



    Please note: Due to the historic nature of this building, you may encounter sounds and smells typical of older structures. The Elektra building features a boiler heating system typical of older buildings. While it provides warmth during your stay, you may experience some noise as it operates. These sounds are simply part of its story!



    Things to Know

    In order to operate vacation rentals within this residential building, Elektra Condos require personal check-in service, which will be arranged with our Greeter within 24-48 hrs prior to your arrival.

The place was nice. Close to the Convention Center. The parking spot made this a clear winner in downtown Seattle. The room is next to the elevator which was super convenient to get in and out of the building easily. Would definitely stay again.

This was an ideal spot for our stay in Seattle. Absolutely perfect location, an easy walk to everything. Beautiful condo with nice amenities; I especially appreciate the roof access and included parking spot, two items that can be hard to find!

Parking spot was really good, the only problem I had was the smell of the unit. Couldn’t tell if it was the trash 12ft below us or the one on the unit. Other than that it was fantastic.

Great Apartment in Heart of Seattle

We had a fantastic time in Seattle staying at this spot! It’s walkable to Pike Place, shopping, and other attractions. The space is also spacious and large — plenty of room for 2 people.

Great location and darling place

There. Is a great neighborhood just 2 blocks away with some fantastic restaurants. Terra plata and a oyster bar were our favorites

It’s a great location if you are planning to do the tourist stuff. Easy access to public transportation and great walking distance from everything. Highly recommend!!

I was left out on the street my first night. They informed me someone would meet me at the door and no one ever did, despite clear communicate and repeated phone calls on my end. I waited for over 1 hour, then had to go get a hotel room for the night.Other than that, the room was fine. All was as expected.

Great location

This was is a really good location. Walking distance to Pike's and Starbucks Reserve. It was great to have our own parking spot. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Would recommend for 2-3 people for an extended weekend get away!

Book as soon as you can, great location and the kitchenette is fully stocked.

Kitchen has all the amenities, right down to a French press and a colander for a pasta night. Plenty of room and very quiet. Security is top notch, access code worked every time.

Clean apartment in a good location. We booked this listing specifically for the purpose of doing laundry on our 18 day road trip. There was laundry, but the apartment was on the 12th floor and laundry on the 2nd floor. So that was a bit of a challenge, but not a huge issue. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that it was very noisy. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work, there were other lights, but the solution was a box fan or AC unit in the window and both were VERY LOUD, even on low speed. The fans/lights in the living room over the pull out couch worked great and kept that room cool and did so quietly.We did have a couple of questions for the host once we checked in about a beeping noise (we though smoke alarm batteries, but after a while we figured out it was the dishwasher) and we were told to contact Vacasa directly. We also had issues getting the keys to work in the lock and were on hold with Vacasa for over 30 minutes before we were finally able to get 1 of the keys to work. We never could get the other key. Not a huge deal.... just inconvenient and we all want our vacations to run smoothly. :)

Overall, our experience was average. The location is good in terms of proximity to major tourist attractions, but it’s important to note that everything requires a car, there’s essentially nothing within walking distance. We were traveling with a young child, and the place did not feel particularly family-friendly, which may be something for other families to consider. The apartment itself has a good structure, appears to be recently renovated, and is generally comfortable. However, the heating system is quite noisy, which can be disruptive, especially at night. Additionally, some of the kitchen utensils were not completely clean. In summary, it’s a place with some positive aspects, but there is room for improvement to provide a more comfortable overall stay. That said, you do get what you pay for.

Simple and Convenient

Great location on Capitol Hill. Small, minimalistic, but adequate. Getting a dedicated parking space was a definite plus. Easy access to the building with key fobs was nice. Very basic furniture; nothing cozy or particularly comfortable. A good place to stay for basic needs.
