Everything was perfect. Location, price and pictures were accurate to what was advertised. Great spot on the lake for a great price. I had booked this vrbo for a work trip, but will be booking again in the warmer months for a getaway. The host was very accommodating and friendly. Thanks Lilita!

Very nice apartment, with everything you may need. Beautifully decorated, comfy sofa and beds, full kitchen, fantastic view of lake, very responsive host. As others have mentioned, this is a 1st floor, so you will hear steps and people upstairs. Also, it’s near the airport so yes, that noise outside. However quiet hours were observed and respected and the airport noise is not an issue once we were in the bedrooms. I recommend this place.

Great place, great outdoors to sit in evening after a busy day in the city. Morning time is perfect and cool. Perfect way to start your day with coffee. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect for two or small group.15-30 minutes from downtown (depends on traffic). 5 minutes from airport.

Nice place, neat and clean

The house was neat and clean, had good space and an excellent view. The beds were nice and kitchen had plenty of space and all we needed. The bathroom was also neat and clean although more counter space would have been nice. The biggest issue is the road it is located on and the houses along the drive to our rental.

Wonderful property and location

This property was absolutely beautiful. One of the best stocked homes I have stayed at. Our host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. It is right on the lake. We were able to enjoy nature and the big city all in one stay. It is a 5 minute drive to the train that takes you right into the city. We were able to enjoy a baseball game and do some shopping, then come back and enjoy some beverages outside by the water. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect

Beautiful ground level apartment. We got the place for an over night stay because it was close to my mother, and traveling it’s sometime difficult to find vegan food so full kitchens are necessary. But I should have known better…. There are plenty of vegan options in the area.. we’ll definitely save this place for longer stays.

Small and central

This was a cute little place, perfect for my teenager and I over a long weekend. We were in close proximity to the practice facility that my daughter needed to be at each day for an event and it was centrally located for me to easily explore Seattle! It was NOT easy to find, though the directions try their best to describe the odd path. But once I found it the first time (unfortunately late at night on arrival), I was good after that!! My daughter and I would love to stay here in the heart of summer to enjoy the water activities and the deck!

Such an amazing find, with an amazing host.

Due to some unfortunate events, we were forced to find temporary living arrangements last minute. Apparently some rentals booking won't allow you to book if you're local, but Ililta welcomed us. A couple things I looked for when booking was privacy, and convince as I wanted to make sure my teen daughter would be safe when I left for work, and if I needed someone to pick her up and drop her off, it was be easy and convenient. She has extra toiletries in need the sink which worked out for me as I forget a few things when I left my home. The home was very nice, warm and welcoming, with a huge lake for our use. She has plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen tools for use to use which was great. We stayed for two weeks and are already looking to book for the summer. Ililta was a great host and was very responsive. Thank you again! Can't wait to come back .

Great place to stay!!

We were in Seattle for a fundraiser and needed to be close to the airport and south center. This was a perfect location and a little piece of heaven quite honestly!! I loved watching the rain on the lake. The view is perfect and this cute little place was clean, cozy and really comfortable. Felt like home. The owner was really kind too. I would stay here again!!

5 night stay

A friend and I stayed here for 5 nights to visit some friends and attend an event in Seattle. The location is ideal to be able to go into Seattle or any of the surrounding cities. The property is kept very clean and is exactly as advertised. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend to others.

A nice, comfortable place to spend some time

The place was very clean and well appointed. We lacked for nothing during our stay. It has a very nice patio out back that sits on a lake. It was a great place to wind down after exploring Seattle all day. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a major shopping center is just a short 10 minute drive away. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit. The owners were great to deal with and promptly responded to any communications.
