My son and I came to Seattle on the Empire Builder to check out some of the sights. Originally, I tried to book a hotel downtown but prices were outrageous. The Tiny house was very affordable and the location was great. The house itself is very nice. Kind of like a little cabin in the city. The neighborhood was very nice. We took a walk around Green Lake and visited the Fremont Troll. The house has it's own parking space which is a bonus because there are more cars than parking spaces in Seattle. Other reviews complain that there is no air conditioning, which is true, but the weather was great and there is a big ceiling fan so it was perfect for sleeping. Who needs a/c in Seattle! There was a little confusion about putting bedding in a washing machine before checking out. There was no washer/dryer on site. We called the management company, but never received a call back. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the tiny house and would love to come back someday.
