“Excellent access to Downtown, ball fields and I-5”

“All three of us loved this place. It’s clean and spacious — our son has his own floor while we have ours, so no one has to tiptoe around in the mornings or evenings. The owner was very thoughtful with the amenities, especially in the kitchen: all kinds of spices, oils, coffee, tea, and more. The rooftop is a wonderful bonus, perfect for a BBQ or taking in the city night view and stars. We took the advice not to drive and used transit instead — it’s an easy walk from the place to catch either a...

“My wife and I just needed a room for a night and this was a better option than a hotel. Hosts were great. Answered a few questions for us, which we really appreciated since we weren't from the area. It was as advertised, so we got what we expected. Super close to public transportation and the sports stadiums, which is what we were looking for. Neighborhood seemed quite. Cute little coffee shop/bakery about a block or two away. It was really good. We weren't there that much. Really just to sleep....

“Vince was great to communicate with and we enjoyed the location!”

“Great location. Room for our group. Amazing communication. The roof deck has an awesome view of the Space Needle.”

“The apartment was charming and as described. We appreciated how clean it was. There are a lot of stairs! So be prepared for that, but besides that- great place to stay and hosts were very responsive. Cap hill is a great place to stay, and despite its popularity, it was quiet at night & easy to get rest. Loved staying there.”

“Check in was a breeze. Space was perfect for 4 adults for a couple nights. Very convenient to all the tourist things to do in Seattle. Would stay there again if I needed to.”

“Great basement unit with enough elbow room for relaxing. Lovely little neighborhood with so many local recommendations from the excellent host for all types of food, coffee, entertainment, nature, tourist attractions, views, hikes, etc. Excellent touch! The property is not accessible (narrow gravel pathway around the back of the property, stairs down to the unit and one small stair up into the bathroom) but not an issue for us - just be aware if you have mobility challenges. The side...

“Poor parking accessibility, 10am check out is too early and house keeper entered at 9:57am. Price poorly reflected in the advertising, expect and additional $125 in addition to the price listed on Hotels.com Sugar ants in upstairs bathroom ”

“Quiet neighborhood. Many food and bar choices within a 5 minute walk. Space needle within walking distance.”

“If you have more than one vehicle it can be a pain to park. We paid 20 bucks a day and parked the 2nd vehicle at the hospital garage. Beautiful views from the balcony.”

“Great stay in an easy location.”

“Very cute little house in West Seattle. Clean, cozy and great communication from hosts.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this Seattle townhome! When we realized they were out of coffee pods for the Kuerig, they brought us more that night so we would have them in the morning! Truly above and beyond! Parking is definitely tight. If you arrive before people get home from work, you can get in, and if you leave after they go to work, you can get out. Otherwise, I’d park on the street. I’m from Chicago, I’m used to tight parking, but it was too difficult for us to get back in after we left for...
