Waterfront stay was amazing. We were in town for the football game and this location was perfect for 4 adults. Easy walk from the train station from the airport, don't even need a car. Photos and descriptions of the unit are spot on. The views from the open living/dining room and kitchen are amazing and from the porch with coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. The concierge and contacts were helpful and responsive. The onsite gym and spa were used daily. We walked to the ferry to go for day trips and the fish market was perfect for fresh produce and food for meals in. The coffee station and cooking features are perfect for those that want to stay in. The beds were super comfortable, even the pull out couch mattress was nice. Thank you again, we will be back for sure.

This condo has an incredible view of the water. It was so enjoyable to wake up in the morning and watch the ferries go back-and-forth while having coffee. The family room is very comfortable. The location is fantastic. Every day we took a a walk along Alaskan Way. Very spacious condo for four people.. we even cooked Thanksgiving meal there.

Gorgeous property! Hard to get into as there was construction. Front desk personnel not friendly. Sorry we had to bother Hawaii Adam, but he was very kind. We were told to take home our free gift, but none was provided. And we didn’t need one.

The condo was well appointed as a rental with the things we need. Comfortable beds and amazing views. Nice patio to sit on and watch the boats go by.a few cons: Already not a fan of wall to wall carpet, but the problem I had was that the hallway carpet was quite stained and dirty looking. (didn't seem to be actually dirty just stained). The process of getting in and out can be quite tedious with lots of documents and rules. I understand why because the neighborhood can get a little funky at night but still more than I expected

This condominium was the ideal location for our vacation. In pristine condition, the unit is only steps from the Pier as well as Pikes Place Market. Walking distance for almost everything but if you prefer the free shuttle stops directly in front. The unit was ready for check in at the appointed time and the kitchen was well stocked to meet our needs. The unit was spacious and the balcony a wonderful accent.

Perfect place to stay in Seattle

This condo is the perfect place to stay in Seattle! It is right on the waterfront and just steps to the Piers and Pikes Place Market. Amazing views from the living room and balcony. The bedrooms are very spacious and the mattresses are very confortable. Check-in was very easy and fast, plus there are two parking spots included. Full kitchen that has all appliances and everything to prepare and cook meals with. Will definitely stay here again when in Seattle.

PERFECT LOCATION

A perfect location. Easy walk to the waterfront, Pike Place Market, Post Alley, downtown, etc. Large, clean, quiet with a fantastic, beautiful view. private parking, very secure. We loved our stay!

We spent three wonderful nights at this gorgeous property. The view and location were magnificent, and we loved the walkability of the condo to so many Seattle attractions. Very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and lovely furnishings. We can’t wait to come back again!

Be wary

Regrettably, I am leaving a negative review for this property. From start to finish, we enjoyed the property and its view of the water. It’s a very nice and space! However, midway through our stay, my husband stepped on a piece of glass- cutting the bottom of his foot- and realized the window in the dining area had broken. Upon learning this, we contacted the management of the property who came and helped clean the shards up. After checking out, the management of the VRBO asserted we had caused the damage- and decided to withhold the security deposit. This was both surprising and disturbing. They wouldn't provide full pictures of the window and made false claims about the extent of the damage. This was a double paned window- that a bird, the construction happening outside, or some object crashed into taking a piece of the exterior pane and spider web shattering the inside pane. Their investigation was predicated on the damage coming internally, whereas the glass breakage does not support this theory. I’d recommend not booking this VRBO for the sole risk of working with this management group that protects their financial interests ahead of delivering a quality experience and fair service.

Great place and location

This spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo was amazing. It was quiet, clean, and had a great view of the waterfront. We love to walk when we visit Seattle so the location was excellent for walks to the waterfront, downtown, and the Seattle Center. Parking was secure and the entire property felt safe. We would note we were glad we drove our sedan instead of our SUV because the parking stalls were a little small.
