Never again
Misleading description - says 2nd floor with elevator access. Room was on 4th floor, no elevator. No elevator disclosure until after booking. No cancelation allowed. Called for help about that as I have partial disability. Stairs were a problem. Was told there was a room on the first floor, but "Too bad, nothing I can do". Asked for a supervisor or manager, the person hung up on me.
Had no instruction for accessing the building. Called the service desk number, was told the key for the front door was in the room! How do I get in the front door??? Finally was given a door code to get in.
So small, hot when we got there, 85+ in the room, no air conditioning. Double bed shoved against the wall. No clothes hanging option.
No dedicated parking for the building (which was disclosed in their listing). Be mindful of that. Street parking filled up fast, had to park down the block, around the corner. Not real comfortable waking to the building at night.
Also, this was booked through VRBO, which added a $51 fee for using their service, in a stealth way. Invoice showed unidentified Service Fee. Won't use VRBO in the future, either.
