Ubicación perfecta! Puntaje de 98 paseos. El barrio más antiguo y más popular de Seattle. East Mercer en 10th Ave East. Apartamento en planta baja a solo cuatro cuadras de la estación de tren ligero de Capitol Hill ($ 3 .50 desde / hacia el aeropuerto), tranvía, los mejores restaurantes, cafeterías y bares y el parque de voluntarios. South Lake Union justo bajando la colina. Fred Hutch, hospitales, Kenmore Air y Space Needle y MoPop en cuestión de minutos. Precioso 1902 colonial holandés actualizado con una sensación única de estilo loft. Tienes toda la planta baja con patio al aire libre. Perfecto para dos parejas, amigos o familiares hasta cinco. Las camas tienen edredones de plumas de calidad hotelera fabricados localmente, con protectores contra alergias en colchones y almohadas y suaves sábanas de microfibra. Un sofá extra largo en la sala duerme un quinto invitado. Tenemos un Pac-n-play para bebés y niños pequeños.

La increíble cocina bañada por el sol tiene una estufa de gas de alta gama, un fregadero de la granja, una nevera integrada de acero inoxidable y una enorme isla de roble. Mi esposa es una increíble cocinera entrenada en Francia, por lo que la cocina está bien equipada. La sala de estar tiene 50 "4K UHD TV con todos los servicios de transmisión y una chimenea de gas. La calefacción central y la zona de aire forzado mantienen las temperaturas justo a la temperatura adecuada. Lavadora / secadora en la unidad. Cerraduras codificadas en ambas puertas significan que no hay llaves para recoger o devolver.

Ideal para estancias de negocios y corporativas, eventos o visitas turísticas, visitar a familiares o conocer la música o la escena deportiva. Mike and Kathleen were amazing hosts! We arrived that evening to fresh flowers, a lit house, soft music playing on Alexa, and champagne to celebrate our daughter’s upcoming wedding. Their home was so lovely. It was very comfortable, and very well stocked. They have a huge variety of books and magazines. We had everything we needed there. The off street parking was a real bonus. We don’t usually rent a car, but needed one for wedding errands. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and groceries. Our hosts were quick to reply to any questions. We were very pleased with our stay, and will definitely plan to stay again!
The side porch was beautiful and private!

Great stay!

This rental was absolutely lovely. The two bedrooms and baths were very comfortable and clean. The place was spacious and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook with. The owners thought of everything for everyone and were easy to contact and ask questions. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

Fully Equipped and Beautiful

The unit was easy to find, spotless, and beautiful. It has everything you need, and the kitchen is the perfect place to drink your morning coffee surrounded by all of the windows. The hosts are very informative and kind. I will definitely be looking for this place again if I need to stay in the Seattle area.

Great location and responsive hosts

Great location in Capitol Hill. Walkable neighborhood, only a few blocks to mass transit, great restaurants, nearby grocery. Very attentive and responsive hosts. Great property - lots of natural light, well appointed kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, comfortable beds. One of our favorite VRBO properties. Highly recommend!

amazing place

We loved this place so so much! My kids did not want to leave. Very private and quiet apartment but so close to great restaurants. Owners were great to communicate with, offering many great suggestions and information. They were always quick to respond to any questions Apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was just beautiful. The apartment had a lot of character, which made it very special.

Blissful Stay in One Block Off Broadway

We loved our family vacation in Capitol Hill! It was the perfect home away from home, and an ideal spring point for wandering around Seattle. We has everything we needed for a family with two children, ages 9 & 12. The home home is sweet, cozy and inviting. It was just the right a amount of space. The owners have thoughtfully provided so many things. Mike and Kat are wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this home!

The location is great!! You have multiple restaurants,shops,grocery stores within 2 blocks.Mike & Kathleen are amazing hosts, who really go out of their way to make your stay special.The apt is very well laid out, open floor plan.Beds so comfy.Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed our stay!

It was fun to explore the Broadway area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our hosts were very accommodating, even added YouTubeTV to their streaming service so we could watch Huskie football!. Kitchen was well stocked so could easily cook. The 8 stairs up to the entry were a bit of a challenge, but otherwise our stay was great.

Charming place!

We were thrilled with this place. It was quaint & cozy with plenty of space for 4 adults. There were 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. We enjoyed the side patio with late night snacks & drinks. Friends and Family in Seattle

Renting and staying in One Off Broadway was a delightful experience. The owner was understanding and helpful when we needed to change our scheduled stay. Communication throughout was clear and thorough. The space was great for two couples and was comfortable for visits from our son and his friend. It is a great location to walk to QFC, restaurants, and Volunteer Park.

The Perfect Rental in Seattle

We could not have been more delighted with our stay at this lovely rental. It is exactly as advertised: a great location, a beautiful, well-equipped property with every amenity one could ever hope for, super convenient off-street parking, and extremely welcoming hosts who were always available to answer any question we might have. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, centrally located rental right in the middle of everything good that Seattle has to offer. Great fall weekend on Capital Hill

This is our second stay at this property. It is very comfortable and well appointed. Location is perfect for enjoying Capital Hill and catching Light Rail to football game or downtown. Hosts are great.
