Excellent location, quiet and felt safe as a solo female. The studio was lovely and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Only note I’d give is I wish the kitchen had dish soap and a spatula!

Perfect location to access all the attractions of downtown with lots of dining options within a short walk, including Pike Place Market. The host and onsite staff were proactive and very helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for two people.

I was a bit worried because of some comments on previous reviews, but I had a great experience and good sleep. Location is great. Thought it was great value for the room. I would recommend.

Bottom line up front, I would definitely stay here again. It’s in an excellent location at a fair price. The communication was top notch and it was very clean. I was fine with it, but it is a little dated and needs some small touch ups, but they were minimal and didn’t bother me at all.

While a clean room, the rest is a mess. The bed is so noisy it awakens one, the microwave didn't' work, the outlet to the coffee maker was dead, the windows haven't been cleaned in this era.

Great location, but the building was so old and the place was cracking. The shower was hard to operate, no consistent hot water, skin had no counter space. The bed sheet didn’t fit the couch bed. There was no AC and it was so noisy from the street, the windows don’t even close. There was coffee stains in the coffee cup.

It seems likely that this is a fairly new property (i.e, a recently refurbished property under new management), and I expect that some of the anomalies are growing pains that will eventually be worked out. The property was nice, spacious, and the flooring and furnishings looked very new. The floor was actually rather uneven, which was OK, but something to know about. The system is set up with electronic locks for the hotel entrance and for the rooms, and there is a phone number to call for immediate assistance. The concept is that you can basically check yourself in and out, but unfortunately, we had trouble with the codes they gave us (including replacement codes) throughout our stay. There is not a “front desk” per se, but rather a person with a laptop sharing a small utility room. That person was very helpful to us, but you should be prepared for an experience different than the usual. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again, but recognize some unusual aspects for the stay.

We had an excellent 1 night stay. Check in was remote and would have been extremely simple but we had several special requests. These were easily handled by Mona who was very helpful and reassuring during the check in and check out process. Also, a great location; steps from the Pike Place Market and close enough to Pier 66 that we could walk to the pier with our bags. Highly recommend.

The location is great. Everything else is awful. I was with elderly parents with mobility issues. We tried to contact the host to find a place to drop luggage or check in early, but the host was unable to accommodate us. Ok, I get it, but the "text" number told me to "show up early and hope we could get in." And that they couldn't guarantee access until same-day. That wasn't the worst infraction, though, by far. The suite my husband and I had booked was flooded upon arrival from dinner that night. We were moved to another room, which was fine, but it was not a suite. I asked multiple times for a refund or partial refund for the change in room if nothing else. I kept being told they were "looking into it." It's been a month and still no refund. This place is terrible. Steer clear.

This is a good stay if you are more on the introverted side. There is no person to check you in or give you information and if you would like room cleaning, you would have to request it through text and pay an extra fee.

Loved the room and kitchenette and its proximity to everything. The only challenge was we ended up in a room that faced the alley and it was quite noisy, even during the night. But I get it, it’s a city room, so you never know.

Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location.

The hotel was nice but I had a negative experience regarding the staff. Our email said check in began at 3 pm. We showed up at this time to drop off luggage and use the bathroom before heading back out. When we were given our code and went to our room, the door was already open. Housekeeping hadn't finished cleaning though it looked like they were close. We found some staff who apologized and said it would be done soon. No big deal for us since we weren't even going to stay, we were understanding and said it's fine and if we could leave our luggage before we left. They said no problem. I took a moment to use the bathroom, grab some things, and we were gone. Then a few hours later I received a bizarre text from the hotel. It stated that we had disturbed the cleaning process by arriving too early, that check in wasn't until 4 pm which they claimed we had been told many times (this was the first we've heard it) and that we had been asked several times to leave the room and implied that we had refused. I responded by providing a screenshot of my email showing check in is at 3pm and explained that none of that happened. The staff I spoke to apologized profusely which I did appreciate. The original staff we spoke to in person lied about the whole thing, I can only guess to cover for themselves for not being ready on time. Yet we had no desire to complain. It was strange. Reading these accusations while we were trying to enjoy our vacation didn't feel great.
