    Treat yourself to a romantic getaway to the Emerald City and call this adorable Capitol Hill condo home. With charming brick accents throughout and a spacious layout complete with a living area and kitchenette, you will be able to slip right into relaxation in no time. After a full day of exploring the city, make a delicious meal using the appliances available, and head out to the private courtyard for a glass of wine with your favorite person as the sun goes down.



    The Space:

    The enclosed courtyard offers a fantastic and private space where you can lounge and create everlasting memories. When nights come to a close, break out a board game for some friendly competition or play a favorite movie on the flatscreen TV.



    Sitting just north of downtown Seattle in Capitol Hill, this stylish getaway offers peace and quiet while being close to all of the action. When you want to venture out a bit, meander over to Volunteer Park and walk along the beautiful paths around the reservoir. Make your way a bit further and you can experience unlimited amusement at Washington Park Arboretum, the Seattle Japanese Garden, or the Space Needle, all sitting within two miles of your front door! Not to mention, the amazing restaurants and shops in Pike Place Market are also nearby for full days of sightseeing. This retreat is close to Virginia Mason, Swedish, UW Medical, and Harborview hospitals.

Perfect location for visiting family. Lovely backyard to enjoy your morning coffee. My only complaint was the smoke detector beeping in the main residence that no one could manage to gain access to. Otherwise it was a great place.

Serene and Cozy

We stayed for a week in this lovely little apartment for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The neighborhood is gorgeous, within walking distance of everything you could possibly want! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect size and location

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was the perfect size for the two of us and was within walking distance to shopping, dining, and a nice sized park. The neighborhood was quiet and filled with beautiful homes.

Perfect Stay

Love this place all around! Great location with easy walking to Volunteer Park and Broadway shops & restaurants. The unit is lovely, well appointed, and quiet. Will definitely come back next time we are in Seattle!

Great Spot by Volunteer Park

We had a lovely stay in this garden apartment. The space was just perfect for us. The bed was super comfy, the shower great & we loved the privacy of the patio garden. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and very quiet yet walking distance to many of Seattle’s sights and neighborhoods.

Lovely stay

The stay was lovely. We only wish there had been a decaf coffee option and some tea for the kettle. Otherwise everything was great.

Great location, great service

We had a fantastic stay at Volunteer Park. The location is within walking distance to the park and the restaurants on Broadway. We even enjoyed the 2.5 mile walk (uphill) from Pike’s Place. The private patio was perfect. We’ll stay again.

This was the perfect getaway to enjoy Seattle!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this home. We had everything we needed and the location was fantastic. We spent a lot of time walking , so Volunteer Park being so close was nice, the neighborhood was delightful, and the local restaurants we tried were excellent. We did a lot of touristy stuff and enjoyed coming back to this ‘nest’ to relax with a movie. The garden was just lovely.

Great weekend getaway

Other than the challenging front door (which a note addressed), this was the perfect weekend getaway. Private, quiet, verrrry comfortable, and beautiful amenities. Appreciated Mitch (property manager) checking in with us just after arrival and then leaving us alone. Wonderful stay!

Great location, parking a bit tight

Nice basement location in a prime location on Capitol Hill in Seattle, short walk to Volunteer Park and restaurants on 15th. Lovely garden outside the door, we spent a fair amount of time relaxing outside. Good amenities, and plenty quiet.

Great rental!

We loved staying at this vacasa. Incredible location, safe neighborhood, nice and quiet and the backyard ambience is so nice especially if you turn on the water feature. Ubers only took 1-2 minutes to arrive when we ordered! Highly recommend.
