The space
Welcome to your bright and spacious retreat! You'll have exclusive access to the 2nd and 3rd floors via your own private entrance with smart lock keyless entry.

Main Living Floor (2nd Floor)
Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen flooded with natural light. The comfortable living room seats 6 with a 65" TV, Apple TV, and air conditioning. The sofa converts to a bed for extra sleeping space.
The dining table expands from 4 to 6-8 seats—ideal for group meals and game nights.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything: coffee grinder, microwave, dishwasher, well-stocked pantry, and full-size refrigerator.

The sunny alcove features a workspace with desk and converts to an extra sleeping area with a twin ottoman bed.


Bedroom Floor (3rd Floor)
Master bedroom: Queen bed, walk-in closet, 55" TV with Apple TV, bedside tables with outlets, and stunning floor-to-ceiling corner windows. Includes desk with lighted mirror and dresser.
Full bathroom: Double sinks, private toilet room, and oversized shower with rainfall showerhead.
Second bedroom: Bunk bed (full bottom/twin top) with workspace and lighted mirror.
In-unit washer and dryer conveniently located on this floor.

Guest access
Once you arrive to my building, find the front door that says 917B.

The door has a keypad on it, click on the home button in the left corner to light up the keypad, then enter in your last 4 digits of your number and it will unlock the door. After 5 mins, the door will lock.

When leaving, press the lock button in the lower right hand corner to lock the door.

Other things to note
Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM to respect neighbors
Stairs required: This is a 2nd/3rd floor unit (not ADA accessible)
Perfect for: Family gatherings, friend groups, extended Seattle stays, remote work
Parking: One vehicle max (medium-sized up to minivan)
No pets allowed due to building policy
