El complejo Seawind fue construido en 2006. Nuestro condominio es un 3 dormitorios, 2 baños en el piso 7 (unidad # 707). Tenemos 706 al lado, así como para los huéspedes que están de vacaciones con la familia o amigos. Grandes vistas del Golfo de México están disponibles desde el amplio balcón. La unidad está decorada profesionalmente y listo para su disfrute. Sala de estar y dormitorio principal tienen puertas correderas de cristal que conducen a la terraza. La cocina está completamente equipada y cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable con encimeras de granito. Las características incluyen techos de 9 pies con molduras de corona y pisos de cerámica en cocina, salas y baños. Hay un piso de madera laminada en el dormitorio principal y el salón / comedor. El dormitorio de invitados y el tercer dormitorio con literas tienen alfombra. El condominio está equipado con una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo para su comodidad en la sala de lavandería. Hay una nueva cama King Size y un nuevo colchón híbrido Beautyrest en el dormitorio principal, una nueva cama tamaño queen y un nuevo colchón Sealy Posturepedic Plush Euro Pillowtop en la habitación de invitados, el tercer dormitorio es ideal para niños con camas gemelas literas y sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. El dormitorio principal y sala de estar tienen un televisor de pantalla plana con un DVD, y el dormitorio de invitados tiene una televisión plana y el tercer dormitorio / sala de literas tiene una pequeña televisión también.

El complejo tiene una gran instalación de ejercicio que da al golfo. El condominio también tiene una piscina cubierta / al aire libre, cero entrada piscina para niños y una bañera de hidromasaje y sauna. La propiedad está situada en East Beach Boulevard en Gulf Shores, a sólo 1/2 milla de la autopista 59.

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen is well appointed, really appreciated the laundry and dishwasher pods. Lots of beach stuff available to use which was very helpful! Communication was easy and our host responded quickly to any questions we had.

We enjoyed our stay here. The beach view was perfect & beach access was very easy. I loved the location. It was walkable to shops & restaurants. I had questions about a couple things after we checked in. I texted the host, Lisa & she answered back right away & was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The good: Great location, plenty of places within walking distance to eat. I was grateful that the host allowed us to pay for a late check out to accommodate my daughter’s late flight. There was enough bath linens for all of us & the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast/lunches. The beds were all neatly made & bed linens were freshly cleaned. There were beach toys, boards, chairs, & an umbrella in the utility room, which supplemented what we brought. The not good: (in all fairness to the host, I did not complain about any issues because we didn't feel they could be addressed while we were there anyway.) The condo is in need of a good, deep cleaning and general maintenance. The mattress in the master bedroom has a dip in it. The bed in the second bedroom was pretty firm. The main bathroom has mold all over the air vent, and around the ceiling over the tub. There appeared to be cover up paint around the vent and parts of the ceiling at wall edges. The faucet in the tub dripped constantly & the shower head leaks/didn’t spray right. The dishwasher has stains of some sort down the front and didn’t wash during the first cycle (it ran, but dispenser didn’t open). The ice maker didn’t make much ice and took a bit to dispense. We didn’t use the washer/dryer so I can’t comment on their function. Top surfaces were cleaned, but each room needs dusting, walls/baseboards wiped down, & furniture swept under. The living room furniture looks worn.

Condo itself was wonderful. The pool is way too small and the elevators are awful: long waits, unable to get the elevator to stop on your floor, things like that. As far as the condo goes, it was super. Clean, very well equipped, awesome view. Thank you, Lisa!

Wonderful place. Loved the location and convenience to surrounding area. Lisa went above and beyond to assist our needs or concerns. Highly recommend this home for any holiday. The owner is friends with Jesus

The weather was not the greatest for our stay here but the condo made up for it. It literally had everything you would have at your own house and then some. That bed in the master room had to be a gift to the owner from Jesus himself, it was like I was sleeping on a cloud. We watched dolphins from the balcony and enjoyed being so close to all the shopping spots. We will definitely be staying here again, hopefully with better weather!

A taste of Heaven

I would stay here again. The cleaning personnel needs to do better but my wife put her touch and made my 5 nights a great experience. We spend a lot of time on the balcony and this condo has a huge balcony! The host was great! I can't wait to get another stay in this very place! See you soon Gulf Shores and Seawind.

Great spot for a family vacation

We had a great experience here. The condo is very nice and comfortable. I appreciated that there was a laundry room where we could store things like our cooler and beach toys so they were out of the way when not in use. We travelled with two young kids and really appreciated the kids area of the pool. The elevator situation isn’t great - there were multiple time when one elevator was not working which only left one elector for the entire building. That made 4-8pm really crazy trying to go up the elevators. But, this is not the worst elevator situation we have encountered. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay at the Gulf Shores

Property has an amazing balcony that overlooks the ocean , it's super clean and the beds were more comfortable than most hotels. The Island Market and Waffle house is just across the street so its really convenient, you won't need to drive your car out just to get some supplies. Host was amazing, great communication and you'll enjoy your stay.

Family vacation

It was a great location to shopping and food and nice beach. The only problem was the elevator stalled and takes forever and only 2 elevators. Also the pools and hot tub was always filled with little kids not teen friendly.

We love The Seawinds

This was our second stay at the property and we love it ! The only draw back is the elevator situation, could definitely use another elevator! The location is great, we do a lot of walking to restaurants and shopping! Nothing better than sitting on the balcony in the mornings and watching the dolphins!!!

The unit was fantastic, but the elevators were very unreliable. We walked up 7 floors of stairs SEVERAL times. The pool and hot tub were overrun with small children, many. unsupervised

Great condo

The condo was great! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. It was so close to the beach that we could go back and forth from the beach throughout the day. The location was very nice, it was just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Lisa was great and very responsive to any questions before or during our stay and provided several recommendations for local places to visit. We would definitely stay here again.
