We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. From the minute you enter the property, you can see the care, thought and attention to detail that has been put into making the home welcoming, comfortable and easy to navigate. Each room has everything you need and is so nicely appointed. I have never stayed in a rental so well stocked, including spices, toiletries and items for the beach/pool. From initial communication to the end of our stay, it was truly a 5 star experience and we look forward to staying again on our next trip to the area.

This was our second stay, and we needed a place to stay in a hurry. Nicole is absolutely amazing. So acomodating and communicative. She assisted us in a time of need and we will forever be grateful. This house is clean and has all the essentials to feel like you’re at home. Thank you!

This has been our favorite Florida rental so far. House is beautiful and well stocked. We didn’t have a single issue. Convenient to the beach and town and within easy walking distance to the trails in Stormwater Park.

The property was beautiful! Nicole was a wonderful host with great communication skills. She reached out to us a few times to ensure everything was going well which was greatly appreciated. The pool was clean she had floats, sunscreen, and towels readily available. Having beach chairs on hand was great for us out-of-towners for the beach. My friend and I really appreciated how organized everything was and that it was labled. The house has everything you need for a great vacation experience. I really appreciate all the time and effort that was put in to make this an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this place Would visit again. ,glandsgadgapofliatswa

My wife and I had a great stay at this property. The property is very well maintained with the yard, landscaping, and pool area very nice and ready to go! The inside of the property is super clean with nice furnishings that are very comfortable. The host is very kind and attentive and genuinely care about the quality of your stay. We would definitely recommend this property and we look forward to staying here again next time we are in town.

This home is absolutely great! Close to shopping and beaches. The layout is family friendly, fully stocked home with literally everything you need, along with being pristinely clean. Evwrythi g is labeled and instructions are clear. The host answers any and all questions. My children were in the pool all day and even if you walk inside you can keep an eye on them kid and dog friendly. We couldnt have asked for a better stay! Thank you! .

My overall impression of Nicole’s outstanding home was that she had invested a lot of time and energy into making this get away home as pleasant as possible. The color scheme, which you may not think matters, but it does, was calming and peaceful. The house was fully stocked beyond all expectations. Everything is labeled so you know how to keep it organized and effortless. She checks on you, but is non intrusive. The house is spacious and spaced out so that the kids had their own area to hang together. There are central spaces to bring the whole gang together. It’s airy and light. The tvs are great. The flooring and carpet are spotless. If you bring a little dog be prepared for a sweet care package with love. The beach we went to every day was Wabasso. It had a little sandwich shop by it, showers and we never had a problem parking. Easy walk out and gorgeous waves! All around excellent place to vacation. Sebastian is so lovely and uncrowded. I hesitate to tell anyone! We felt so at home here. We will definitely be back. Nicole is a five star host as is her space. Highly recommend.

There is a reason Nicole has the designation of preferred host: she has earned it! She has done everything within her control to make staying at her property convenient, comfortable, AND enjoyable. Her home is well furnished and well appointed. She has paid great attention to detail in equipping her home, right down to every kitchen utensil a guest might need. The mattresses and pillows are super comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the heated pool, and eating outside by it on balmy nights. The house is extremely clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. She was a thoughtful host without being intrusive. She did a mid-point check-in to make sure everything was to our liking, and also gave us a heads-up when there was a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center....we would not have been aware of it otherwise! Would definitely rent from Nicole again. This is a host who knows what she is doing!

We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was by FAR the cleanest and most well appointed house we’ve ever stayed in. The owner had excellent communication and provided a few check-ins to make sure we had everything we needed. Home away from home for sure, amazing stay! Highly recommend!

It was our second stay at this beautiful property and we picked right up where we left off. The house was stocked with supplies and kitchen appliances. This is the most clean and well organized VRBos you will stay in. My teens loved mixing milkshakes nightly in the Ninja blender after a robust swim in the pool. Nicole is an extremely proactive communicator and we knew how to check in and exit and everything in between. We will be back for sure if available for our next trip.

We love this house! Family of 5 with kids from 12-26 and everyone loves it. Neighborhood is quiet. 20 minutes from great shopping in Vero Beach. Pool is great, kitchen is perfect, home is just beautiful. We love all the rooms from the cozy breakfast nook to the formal sitting room to the family room. Beautifully decorated. I cannot say enough about this house. Can’t wait for our next visit. Owner is an absolute joy to work with.

This home was arranged to make everything easy. My kids loved their special room with L- shaped beds, and all the stocked card/board games. We were in the pool everyday. The covered patio area and eyeline from the kitchen window made this a relaxing and safe experience with young children. The beds were comfortable with a firm mattress. All essentials were provided. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and pool floats so we did not need to travel with these items. We will stay here when visiting this city every time! Thanks Nicole for being such a thoughtful and communicative host!
