My sister and I stayed here for 4 days. It was very clean and well stocked. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood. Neighbors were very nice. Communication with the host was very easy and we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again in the future.

It was very clean and well stocked. Minutes from the water and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood with a playground just down the road (within sight of the front door). Will definitely come back again

Our family came together to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday.We came from Virginia and Miami and we had a wonderful time.The home was very comfortable, beautiful accent touches and so many extras to make our stay awesome. All instructions were clearly laid out and we had wonderful communications.We look forward to coming back.

Headwaters fishing trip

This property was clean as a pin and very nice. Boat parking with gate was really nice as well. I look forward to booking this property again in the future.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay here. The home was well stocked, clean and comfortable! We loved the yard too. Our host was the best. He answered all our questions and helped through out the whole process. We would highly recommend staying here again!

Always worth coming back to

This is our go to property for getting away from the winter months on Long Island. The house has everything we need to enjoy our 3 month stay. The host and owners are always available when an issue may arise and take care of it as quickly as possible. We love the location which has many activities that we enjoy.

Snowbirder’s Paradise

The house is perfect for a long term rental. The location is ideal. Easy access to many main roads is a plus. The house is beautiful and more than well equipped. The backyard is spacious with a very private patio area. As we experienced, last year, Eddie, our host is always available and very helpful. We look forward to staying here again next winter.

Very clean, great location, easy check in!

We loved our stay! The fenced yard was large. Check in super easy! It was perfectly clean & kitchen well stocked with quality products! The weather was so nice we basically were on the back porch if we werent sleeping. Easy & quick communication with Eddie! We would easily stay here again!!!

Cozy Little Home

Cutest little two bedroom/two bath home! It was very well appointed and from what we could tell, there was nothing more to be added. All living spaces were very spacious. We especially loved the outdoor space with its large fenced in yard and a beautiful sitting area complete with overhead fan, flat screen tv and a grill. Shopping and restaurants were very close by! Eddie, per usual, was very helpful and accommodating and always a pleasure to work with. I always try to book one of his properties solely based on my interaction with him and his reputation!

Great Place!

This property is exactly as it is presented on Vrbo. Clean, updated and everything works great. Also great place if you have a boat to store as there is a fenced back yard. You will not be disappointed. Eddie goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome!

Fishin’ Dream

The place was amazing. We were right down the road from salt water fishing and down the other side of the road from the premier bass fishing location in the US. The house was all we hoped it would be and more and we’ll definitely want to stat again when we visit clients.

Perfect house

Quiet neighborhood. House is so incredibly clean and comfortable. Showers and beds are great. Eddie (property manager) was professional & efficient. Look forward to booking this property again sometime.

We came down to visit our son who recently moved to the area and this house did not disappoint. It was so clean and furniture and everything was very nice. The outdoor space was perfect. I can’t say enough about this home. We will book this again when we come down to visit again!!

Family visit for Thanksgiving

This property was absolutely perfect for us, and the host could not have been more responsive or communicative. We were a family of four and this house had plenty of space, comfortable and attractive furnishings, fully stocked kitchen and very nice bathrooms. We brought our small dog after communicating with the owner, and having the fenced backyard was fantastic. Location was very convenient for Sebastian and north Vero. Very happy with our stay here and will definitely stay again when visiting family in the future.

Clean, spacious & great location!

This is the second time I rented this house. I am always amazed at how clean the house is and the amenities that are there. I love the neighborhood and the proximity to stores, river restaurants and Sebastian Inlet. I plan on renting this home again in the future.
