Stayed here for 47 days. Beautiful home & very clean. The rooms were spacious& bright. The kitchen was well stocked with many extras The host Eddie was very responsive to any questions or issues.The heated pool was a bonus especially with the cold weather during our stay.

It was a very nice welcome, along with things to remember that made it nice the moment you opened the door. What stands out as one of the highlights of this property, is that it is in a quiet neighborhood and the fact that you do not "share" the pool with other guests renting in the same community! The house has an AWESEOME layout!

This place was top notch! Very convenient for Sebastian area fishing excursions. Seating in den was excellent for relaxing movie nights. Poolside table was a great location for dinner! Friendly and helpful communication from the host.

The house was very nice...nice amenities. Pool temp was too warm for me but july in Florida i guess thats to be expected. Pool also seemed smaller than other homes I've rented down there . Very well kept house. One recommendation...put a shelt of some sort in the showers. The grab bar was wonderful but having to put everything on the ground was difficult for me. I would definitely rent here again. Also, nice and close to my family that I was visiting.

A hidden gem

This house was the perfect house for us.The pool was amazing and the whole house was very clean and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable like my only bed at home.Living room is very comfortable as well. The location of this house is perfect.It's ten minutes from the grocery store and and fifteen minutes from the beach. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and just how relaxing the area was and just how well the house suited us. Eddie was great. At getting back to us when needed.. The house all in all was practically perfect. Just like recommendations would be to have some larger glasses for adult beverages. Maybe a small little plastic table in the corner of the shower main shower to put. To put to help with shaving. My husband and I both agreed that this was one of our most memorable vacations and we hope to come back soon.Definitely a five star vacation.

Accessibility to Pool & House Nice/Host Difficult to Deal With

We like the house and the decor was nice. top right shelf over the stove needs to be wiped down and some of the utensils need to be replace due to rust. The jetted tub in the master bedroom is broken. When I asked about the tub, he said it was listed as a garden tub. The host was difficult to deal with for me. I asked several questions: I wanted to know if there was cable tv as oppose to streaming. I also wanted to know if they kept the pool heated - it's heated 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The pool water after 6 p.m. is acceptable. I wanted to know if the pool was enclosed, I didn't want to meet up with alligators in the pool (LOL). Due to me asking questions, he asked me if I wanted to cancel? I didn't see a reason to cancel simply because I asked questions. I thought 5 rolls of toliet paper was sufficient, unfortunately, my group had a problem with food poisioning, and on the last day at 9:30 p.m. at night, my Aunt suddenly became sick and ran out of toliet paper. I called the host hoping there was an extra roll in the garage, he was irritated with me and explained that they provide an initial supply of paper products. It was up to me to find more toliet paper. I wouldn't work with this host again, inflexible. Sebastian is nice, the town is small. If you like touring places, museums, etc., my suggestion is to get a place close to West Palm Beach or Miami. My aunt wanted to go to the Hard Rock Casino, 2 hrs drive.

Very clean and spacious

Eddie was great to work with! We are locals and having work done on our house. Our AC had to be off for a week or so and the heat was just too much….Eddie got us in early and helped answer all questions. He also helped us extend our stay an extra day. The home was a beautiful retreat from the heat! We all enjoyed cooling off in the pool! It was super clean and had lots of space for the kids….also dog friendly! Thanks for all your help, Eddie!

Fisherman's Paradise

This house is perfect for the freshwater or saltwater as you are just minutes from the coast and some of the best bass fishing in the United States. This home has everything an angler needs. Plenty of space to park a boat or RV and the home itself is extremely comfortable with all the amenities. Plus, you get the professionalism of a premier host like Eddie Nero. Highly recommend this house and any property Eddie might have in his portfolio.
