The home was incredibly well-stocked, everything we needed and more! You can tell the hosts really went above and beyond with all the extras in the kitchen, for the pool/beach, and linens/towels. The entire house felt clean and was truly a wonderful space to stay in.

Had a great stay. Eddie was very helpful and reminders. Pool didn’t seem to be saltwater but that wasn't a problem. Beds were very comfortable and was a lot of extras if needed. No garbage disposal which was weird for me. Would recommend this place in great neighborhood.

Great Rental in a Great Location

This property sits on the corner in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is very private with shades and landscaping. The pool is nice and big- the kids really enjoyed it. The house is well decorated and everything was in good order. The living room furniture could use some updating but it was comfortable overall. The property manager communicated really well and we had no issues during our stay.

Very clean vacation home

We had an excellent stay in Sebastian. Eddie was a great communicator and we didn’t want for anything. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and relaxing by the pool. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything you could need or want in a vacation home.

This property was simply spectacular. So cozy, so roomy, so much fun! We drove 12 hours from North Carolina to stay here and we would do it again in a heartbeat. The property manager was very prompt. They answered any questions we had. Check in was simple. Honestly picture do not do the house justice. If that’s possible. It was even better in person! We loved the whole outside patio area. The pool was nice! We loved our whole experience while vacationing at this house. Also the pool is around 5 foot 5 inches deep. And that was absolutely perfect for our family.

Great place to vacation

If you are looking for a place close to all the party spots and right up against the beach this is not the place for you. If you want something quiet but close to everything, here is where you want to stay. Quiet neighborhood, 10 min drive to the beach.

Great Vacation Place!

We have rented all over Florida, this was a great place to spend a month. We loved being able to sit outside and relax in the pool. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We would rent this place again. Shout out to Ed the Property Manager! He was great, answered all our questions, and was super responsive.

Not worth the price

The home appears beautiful. It sits on a corner lot and as you come in - it looks good, until you get a closer look. We never spent any time in the living room. The furniture looked worn, and unkept. The bedrooms were organized, but only cleaned on the surface. The house was full of spiders everywhere. The pool on the first day, was full of black particles everywhere. Reached out to owner, he gave me a condescending reply, asking if I own a pool, and that he personally inspected the pool. He did not. Pool people came next day and it was 1000 times better. We wondered what the incredible quantity of particles were in the pool, only to find tons of spider eggs dangling from every part of the screen. Everywhere! I took my time to explain that my first born is special and needs extra care, and didn’t even bother to thoroughly clean. My son was full of spider bites all over. And the kitchen utensils were dirty. For almost $2K for only 4 days and 4 nights as our checkin is 4p and checkout is 10am.. they over charge, we literally paid for a day that we could not enjoy. This experience made me decide this will be the last time I use VRBO.

Great quiet neighbornood

The location was great for us exploring the Sebastian and Vero Beach areas. A short drive to the beaches and river areas. The property was clean and had all of the amenities needed for our stay. The detail of the instructions of the use of the house was a lot of help with our stay, we really didn't need to contact the host for anything but feel if we did he would be on it. I think quite a few VRBO hosts could learn from the way Eddie host this property.

Schönes Haus

Schönes Haus in ruhiger und netter Nachbarschaft. Der kontaktlose Check-in lief problemlos. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Das Haus war weitestgehend sauber, die Küche, Schränke außen und innen hätten sauberer sein können. Geschirr mussten wir nachspülen. Die Handtücher waren frisch gewaschen jedoch waren sie teilweise fleckig. Sie könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Pool/Strandhandtücher waren sauber und auch die Strandliegen und der Schirm einwandfrei. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus verlebt.

Great property for families!

My family spent a week at this property. It was in a nice neighborhood, great for walks with the kids! The property was clean and had everything we needed! The pool was a hit with the kids. Eddie the property manager answered any questions we had and made the check in/out process simple! I would highly recommend this house for your next trip!
