Stayed 4 nights in November with our son and his girlfriend. The place was large, clean, had excellent heating and was well stocked. The location was great- close to the major hikes we wanted to do and close to downtown but isolated enough to be quiet. We used the hot tub and had dinner in three of the four nights. Communication with the host was great. We will be back.

Hot tub was not exactly a private area. The master bedroom stunk like sewer the master bathroom, the floor was completely rotten, and I felt like I would fall through at any moment. I do suggest that that needs to be fixed before you rent it out again.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a great stay at this rental! The location was really cool—nestled right along a creek in almost a courtyard-like setting. The amenities were great, including a hot tub, BBQ, and a nice seating area. While some reviewers mentioned that the place was hard to find, we personally didn’t have any trouble.The home itself was set up perfectly for our family’s needs. One bedroom had two large beds, and the other was a spacious bedroom with a nice bathroom. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, and while the layout was a bit different, it worked well for us.The only downside was a gas leak that occurred while we were out for the day. The management company was quick to communicate, offering either a refund or a move to another rental within the complex. They kept us informed throughout the process and asked for permission to enter the unit, which we appreciated. However, after they told us the issue was fixed, I asked how they found the leak and how it would be monitored moving forward. They mentioned they would check with the property manager but never followed up. When it comes to safety and something as serious as a gas leak, a response would have been appreciated.Aside from that, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay!

Quiet, secluded, well-furnished getaway

The property is close enough to Sedona that a drive is just 5 minutes away, but far enough out that you have your own quiet, beautiful space. The home itself is huge and furnished nicely, and really feels like a vacation home. The nearby creek and layout of the property is gorgeous, and the hot tub on site is so nice and easy to use. Tons of hot water, heat, air as needed, and full kitchen if you want to cook. Very impressed with the furnishing. The manager was communicative with any questions we had as well. Definitely a great, memorable stay!

A Piece of Paradise in The Woods

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Location is tucked away, but close to shopping and restaurants. Not easy to find after dark. We were in Unit 10 with adjacent parking and private hot tub. Perfect for us! As common with vrbo's supplies were limited. Suggest you take kleenex, baggies, wrap, etc. We loved our stay! It was a perfect getaway spot for us. Thank you!

Great getaway!

This was a very nice place to stay for a 2-day getaway from Phoenix. The a/c kept the house cool despite being in the 90s outside, beds were comfy, parking was easy, hot tub was very relaxing and easy to use, TV was great and easy to use. I would stay there again!

Wonderful getaway

This place is amazing, convenient to everything but yet tucked away. Couple of things, really need some hooks or hangers in 2nd bedroom..and more comfortable chairs sitting out by the stream. Really a unique stay and will recommend to friends & family. Hope to visit again!

Peaceful get away

What a beautiful place to escape the summer heat. The listing is just as described. It is nestled among trees and the creek, which made for a very quiet, peaceful stay. The email we received for checkin was thorough and made the procsss easy peasy. Being in “cabin” 10 made having our own a private jacuzzi a plus. But it was also nice having access to the other ones to enjoy sitting under the stars a relaxing experience. We would highly recommend this place and will probably return.

A must stay!!

Stayed for the weekend. Communication from owner was clear and concise. The property was spotless clean. It was stocked with everything you could need. So comfortable and quaint. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. Location was perfect. Will definitely stay here again!!!!!
