But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations. Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. It is a fairly easy hike to get here, but getting up into the cave is a whole other story! It requires a lot of scrambling, and some serious guts! We were in Sedona for our son’s wedding. Six adults and two small children and occasionally six additional guest stopping by. The home is VERY SPACIOUS and comfortable with plenty of seating both inside and out. There was never a time that we needed anything not available. The host, John is excellent and very accommodating. The views were amazing and the home was close to the wedding venue and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again!

Great rental! I was there with 4 friends for a big milestone birthday celebration, and the house had everything we wanted. Very comfortable, nice decor, and a stocked kitchen. We also really enjoyed the hot tub after some strenuous hikes! The host was great with communication and very responsive.

The property was clean, check in was easy, and the host was responsive. When we had issues with the internet the host resolved the issue very quickly. They also provided equipment for a toddler who traveled with us on the trip. I would recommend this day to others!

The house was amazing, very clean and huge inside.Great Hot Tub, Firepit and Grill. We used them all. John is a great host and kept the communication going throught our trip. The only down side was one of the TV remote batteries ran out of juice, but John had spare on the ready. LOL not really a problem. Great place? Great Visit? Great host!!!!!

First Sedona vacation for our family of 10. This home was perfect for our family with two 11 year old boys, a 7 year old, a 3 year old and 6 adults. There was space for everyone to gather and plenty of space for alone time. We prepared several meals in the large kitchen. The location was very convenient and easily accessible. Hope to return someday soon.

Perfect house for large family

The house was in a great location and very roomy as advertised with clean and working hot tub and gas fire pit which we used every night. The house was very clean and had lots of extra touches not always seen in vacation rentals such as kitchen and laundry soaps, extra tooth brushes, and a stocked coffee station. I recommend this house.

Spacious and all the comforts

Very central to all things Sedona, but felt private. Host thought of Everything and had great directions in an online guide! Home was well appointed, open, and bright. Beds and furniture comfortable and firepit was perfect for coffee and wine.

Great Sedona home for large group

The house was clean, well equipped, and had nice features like the putting green and hot tub. It provided plenty of room for 5 adults. The bedding and linens were very nice as well. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Sedona.

Amazing place

It was such a nice cozy experience, wish we would of been able to stay more time. John responded quickly to all my questions, once we got in to the property there were no concerns. Everything that we needed was provided. We had children with us which was very comfortable and child friendly. It was a very clean home which is always appreciated, overall a great stay and will definitely be returning.

Great Christmas vacation

This home was perfect for my family to spend a week in Sedona at Christmas time. House was decorated for us with a Christmas tree and other decorations. Close to towns, hiking and able to walk to some trails. The outdoor hot tub and fire pit was the best.

Great space for a family of 6 adults. We used the hot tub, grill and played the board games. Played pickleball in the Sedona public park and hiked many trails. Had a great time. Went for happy hour at the resort up block

Family vacation

This is a fabulous property with all the amenities and nestled in prime Sedona area. We loved the spacious great room, dining area and outdoor hot tub, putting green, fireplace and more! The check in and out process was easy as well as communication with our host. Will be back!

Perfect location

This was the perfect spot for our group of six. We each had our own, comfortable bed. John was very responsive to our questions. We were very close to downtown Sedona so it was easy to get to restaurants, hiking and shopping. The kitchen was well equipped. Thanks for a great weekend. I would definitely stay here again.
