We loved it! The home was absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated. They went above and beyond with the amenities. Coffee bar, fully equipped kitchen, big towels for hot tub, super nice washer and dryer etc even a small cooler for our day trips to Grand Canyon!! Would definitely stay there again. You only need your clothes and some groceries and ur good to go!!

The house was an excellent reprieve after a long day of hiking and site seeing. The neighborhood was quiet and well situated to access trails and various scenic locations. It was clean and well stocked with the necessary items. Although we did not cook, the two induction hot plates would have made that an easy task.

My wife and i stayed during a three day visit in early January. The casita is lovely, with just enough space for a couple to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is stocked with enough necessary equipment to make some light meals, although we visited several restaurants during our stay. The location is ideal as a landing spot for discovering the Sedona area. Our hosts were gracious and truly want to provide a great place to stay.

We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay. This beautiful little cottage was the PERFECT size for my husband and I. The bed was SO comfortable, everything was clean, and was so cozy. You get access to an adorable patio and private area for the hot tub. The location was perfect for exploring Sedona. The owners thought of everything in terms of comfort and amenities plus they were so sweet! We will 1000% be back!

Really lovely little cottage in a beautiful and private neighborhood. Close to hiking, shopping and restaurants. The cottage had everything we needed to relax and cook meals. The hot tub was perfect to soak our sore bodies after a long day of hiking. We would love to return if we’re ever in the area again.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at this location! Great scenery, fine dining, so many shops and art to see! 10/10 recommend! They really thought about your convenience in this listing. Towels for showering, for the hot tub. Shampoos, conditioner, body wash, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, water glasses and wine glasses. If you want to cook they supply all utensils and cookware. Just clean up after of course. Comfy couch for cuddling and watching a movie at the end of the night. As well as a comfy queen size bed and bedding to for a phenomenal nights rest. Washer and dryer to clean off the red dust you’ll get on you from the red rocks and amazing hikes they have all over the area. They have many options near by for ATV rentals. The guest book will tell you all of this. They really thought of it all. We did not get to utilize the fire pit as the tank was empty to turn it on. Other than that this place was amazing! Book with them! (:

Excellent!! The entire casita was clean and comfortable for our entire two night stay. We would have both loved to stay longer and the casita could certainly have supported us with all of the kitchen amenities and washer and dryer on site. Sometimes a casita or gust house can feel a little impersonal where it always feels like you are under the scrutiny of the main home. That was NOT the case here. It has a private drive, private entry, and the hot tub is tucked around the back. The host was super responsive when Google maps, or my own inability to follow directions, took me down a wrong path. :) Definitely one of the best places I've stayed at on VRBO.
