If you mean the host being Sedona.org. I would give them a poor score. The TV didn't work because the password evidently wasn't changed since the last guest. Someone had to come on Thanksgiving to fix. I was told there would be a garage door clicker in the house. None to be found. I asked multiple time with no response or help. I reported that the shower in the downstairs basedment was running cold water only. No one responded. I was told there were outside lights that would be on until 10pm. The outside of the house was pitch black. No response when I asked about that either. The house itself is wonderful, the owners should be proud of their remodel. But, the management company is doing them no favors when their guests have issues. And for the amount of money that I paid for the vacation....the service was a disapointment.
