Loved this casita! Perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Clean, secure, well appointed, and in a great West Sedona location close to amenities and trails. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful with guidance on the area. And it has its own private garden patio, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoon after a hike. I'm already planning my next Sedona visit and will certainly be booking the casita again.

The home is beautiful and you just can’t beat the ability to walk to amazing trails right from the front door. The hosts are fantastic. Highly recommend this lovely casita!

Beautiful little casita! Everything exactly as listed, wonderful hosts. We used this as a base for daily hiking, a few games at a local pickleball court, and general exploration of the Sedona area. Great location, everything you need is close-by. The neighborhood feels safe and it is just very pleasant sitting out on the private little patio after a hike taking everything in. Nice views from the observation deck over the garage, and well equipped kitchen suitable for most any meal. Thank you Gary & Christopher for your hospitality!

The Casita is architecturally beautiful, nicely decorated, very clean and has all the basic amenities plus extras like use of a washer/dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board which was appreciated during our 5 day stay. The best was the stunning location near the Sugarloaf Trail. We could walk to the trailhead - no need to get in the car and drive. Chris and Gary are lovely hosts. If we are ever in Sedona again, we would happily return!

The moment we placed a reservation we knew THIS place (and hosts) were going to be well beyond anything we had ever experienced from a VRBO! Texts from the host within minutes of our locking things in. Details sent to us before we even asked.This guest house is such a quality ‘all needs answered’ place to stay. Centrally located within Sedona — everything within a quick walk or short drive.We would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO and these hosts! If/ when we go back, we definitely will stay here again!

Christopher and Gary were wonderful hosts, the location was private - with gorgeous views- while also being close to the amenities of Sedona. The casita has everything you need, was extremely comfortable, and had a great collection of books to enjoy while drinking your morning coffee. It was my first trip to Sedona and I will definitely be back.Thank you, Christopher and Gary!

This a return visit for us to this Casita. The amenities are comfortable and peaceful. The courtyard is a wonderful place to relax. Hiking trails are within walking distance. The hosts are kind and generous.

The Casita was a peaceful sanctuary. The space is filled with natural light, flagstone underfoot and beautifully designed throughout.The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to stay in to make meals. The sliding glass doors open up to a lovely stone patio for morning coffee or an evening sunset. The location was perfect, close to everything in Sedona in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Our wonderful hosts, Christopher and Gary were gracious and helpful with any of our needs or concerns. They were both extremely warm, friendly and fun. The longer you are there, you never want to leave! As a result, we extended our stay and were so happy we did. Thank you to them for making our visit so special and memorable. Can’t wait for round two. Cheers!

We had such a nice stay! It is a beautiful property and wonderful architecture. The Casita has everything you need. We especially appreciated the higher end appliances in the well stocked kitchen. Christopher and Gary are delightful hosts and communication was excellent. Great location, close to everything, yet very private. Thank you for making our first stay in Sedona so relaxing and peaceful!

Gary and Christopher were very friendly hosts. The location is great, close to everything and the apartments finishes are very high end. The apartment is a few steps away from the main-house entry with a shared courtyard entrance. Parking is in the driveway. Very quiet and peaceful but the seating was a bit uncomfortable for us being older and taller. Bed was very comfortable.

We absolutely loved this place. It was roomy, nice bedroom and bath and the kitchen was well appointed. We did not use the pool but it was a cool lap pool and the entire grounds have awesome views. It is close to so many things. We will stay again!!!

The casita was perfect. It’s in a great location, was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully arranged. We especially loved spending time outside on the shaded patio. From what I understand, the architect who designed the main house and casita preserved as many mature trees as possible. That choice was brilliant and created a truly relaxing space to enjoy the beautiful Sedona surroundings.It is by far the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in Sedona. Although we didn’t get to meet Christopher or Gary in person, we appreciated their warm communication and hospitality.

Christopher and Gary are fabulous hosts. Communications and instructions were outstanding and timely. Their casita is private, suitably equipped and has everything you might need for a relaxing visit. Location is great as you can easily walk to various trailheads avoiding parking restrictions. Location is also minutes away from local amenities. Strongly recommend this property.
