Host was very responsive and respectful. Our kids in there 20’s loved seeing lots of Javelinas in the yard and enjoyed the hot tub. Great location and quiet neighborhood.

The house is great and has a well stocked kitchen. Back yard and outdoor space is beautiful! My only complaint was the living room is really dark at night. We brought in an extra lamp from the bedroom :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Thundercat Ranch! The location was fantastic! There is a great view of Capitol Butte from the living room sofa and Sugarloaf Trailhead is a short walking distance away. We loved being able to walk such a short distance to get to such amazing views! The Vrbo is also close to anything you might need…groceries, restaurants, Sedonuts, etc. The home is older and has a quirky layout, but that adds to the Sedona charm. It was clean and comfortable and a great place to recharge each evening. Only suggestion our group of two couples has is some fluffier bath towels. Owner was very friendly and responsive. Stay here! You won’t be disappointed.

Great Spring Break

We were looking for a relaxing place to stay while adventuring outside for the end of our spring break. This house provided a great spot for kids and adults to separate and a great large dining room table to eat meals. The art is FANTASTIC and the yard was a great open space. Plus points for being walking distance to Sugarloaf for a quick sunset or sunrise hike. The owners have great and responsive communication.

Family Christmas Vacation

Amazing property and host! Our stay was absolutely perfect! We traveled from Texas and New Mexico with our children for Christmas and this was the perfect spot to celebrate and enjoy all the great things in Sedona.

Perfect Gathering Spot

Great house for us, a couple of friends, and our dog. The big backyard has plenty of space to relax and take in the view while our dog loved running around. We could ride our bikes just a few blocks to go for some incredible mountain bike rides. Everything was comfortable. Loved the hot tub. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location, easy access to hiking trails, nice neighborhood, house was exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for several people to sleep comfortably. My little dogs enjoyed the big back yard.

West Sedona Paradise

The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Amenities in West Sedona and great hikes were a short walk away while Uptown and other attractions were just a short drive. Our hosts checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed and made our stay very smooth. We were a family of four but the home can comfortably accommodate a large group. We highly recommend the Thundercat Family Ranch.

Great Location and plenty of space

Stayed here with my sister and her family. The location is great! The property is bigger than expected and it is a great house for large get together. There is one room with several beds that is tailored to be the "kids room". We had a small plumbing issue, but the host was super responsive. Overall, would highly recommend and would 100% stay again!

The Purrrfect spot in West Sedona

ThunderCat Ranch didn’t disappoint. Being an older home didn’t matter due to the care and accommodations and communication supplied by Billy and Tiger. Fun artwork, comfortable beds, complete kitchen and a big yard with hot tub were awesome, but the Cats Meow was the location. Easy trail access as well as so many great eateries within a few minutes. This is the spot for your next Sedona stay.

Very comfortable! Very nice GEM, loved being close to everything, highly recommend. Covered carport was great, usually you don’t get that with other places. Brought the dogs and family/1 kid. No problems, just a nice break. Did my best to clean up after

A full house of all ages - and all smiling!

We had a group of 11 spanning ages 10-47… everything from the hot tub to the large backyard to the BUNK HOUSE as we called it… loved it all. Sectioned off nicely for alone time when needed, but all flowing together for interaction. Laundry on site and a well appointed kitchen was a must! We are a boisterous group and getting us all harangued together is tough! So having trailheads nearby was perfect. We even went for night walks to see the stars, as the neighborhood was nice and dark! Our chihuahua was a huge fan as well! Very pet friendly- home and businesses! It was our first taste of Sedona - it did not disappoint! Thanks, Billy & Tiger!

Great Location

The location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to great trailheads and a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and gift shops. Pretty centrally located overall from a lot of amazing hikes. The property itself was amazing with a great view and was very comfortable. Everything that we needed was there and hosts are very communicative. Would 100% come back and stay at this property again specifically.

Thundercat hooooo!

Amazing spot and lots of room for sleeping and everything you need in Sedona is down the street but not too close you hear traffic. Hosts were awesome and the back yard oasis is perfect.
