Perfect stay. Great location. This was primarily a hiking trip for me. The studio was plenty big with room to spread out. Very clean, safe and quiet with coffee and supplies included. Large patio with views of the red rock buttes was my favorite part. With the Uptown location, anything I needed was nearby. Coffee shops, eateries, shopping, area tours. The Verde shuttle stop was 1 block away. Sedona Shuttle was very convenient for door to door service throughout Sedona. I did my entire trip without a car and had no issues getting anywhere I wanted to go. I hope to return to Sedona very soon and would not hesitate to book this room again.

Excellent location

Check in was simple with easy check out. Parking was on property. Apartment was clean, perfect for our stay with coffee plentiful. We could easily walk to restaurants. Loved our stay

Great location, near downtown. Easy access to restaurants, trails and we loved the art and attention to details. Highly recommended. we did not know where were other rooms available, wonder what they were and their cost. We just saw the apt we used listed

Super Convenient, literally very short walk to shops.

Large room, huge bathroom, easy to find, very clean, slight mold in shower, but all else was great, comfortable bed, nice kitchen, very good coffee, nice drapes, good view of mountains, clean windows(some dual panes in door had some condensation, but clean). Large covered patio. Manager was friendly and met our needs that arose.

My husband and I have stayed at A Room Above several times and it has always met all our expectations. It's walking distance to downtown which is super convenient. It's always clean and well appointed.

Great getaway!!

We completely enjoyed the Sedona area and loved how close our room was / walking to food & shopping. It was a wonderful few days. The rental was exactly as advertised, very clean, attentive, and just right for relaxing. Would definitely recommend it to friends ..

Wonderful stay would come back. The only small issue was a strong smell that was used for cleaning I presume. Open windows and door to ventilate and let a candle to temper the smell.

Just want we wanted

Our stay was wonderful. The room was very spacious, well appointed, clean and happily the AC worked perfectly. The porch was lovely. The breeze was pleasant and views amazing. We enjoy more and just 1 bottle of wine sitting on the comfy deck furniture. Would definitely recommend it.
