Unfortunately, this property is not a resort but more of a lodge. It did not meet our expectations, and we were quite disappointed with the overall condition of the property. The rooms are in need of renovation, and I would not recommend staying here, especially if you’re traveling with children.
We only stayed for one night and left early in the morning. From the reception desk, we had arranged an airport drop-off between 5:20 a.m. and 5:30 a.m, and were assured the car would be ready at the requested time. However, no one showed up. There was no one at reception, and we had to search the entire building to find someone, as the staff member was staying in another building. We were short on time and worried about missing our flight. Although transportation was eventually arranged, by then we were extremely disappointed with the lack of organization and punctuality.
Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.
