“Overall it was a good stay. Front reception staff were very experienced and organized in checking in our large group into the hotel. The hotel facilities are kept in good condition. I think the cleanliness of the rooms could have improved considering the 5 star allocation to the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. Food was okay, however there are not many options in the area so the hotel food may have been the best in the area. ”

“Myself & my partner stayed here for 2 nights. Unfortunately the photos on the website do not represent the actual rooms that you get. For some reason, the lovely tiled floors in the photos have since been replaced with a dark red, dirty carpet which instantly makes the room feel unclean. The shower head did not prop up. On arrival the toilet seat had dried up urine all over it. The red carpet had dead flies & many black hairs on it. There was often a very strange loud mystery noise that vibrated...

“Sehr schönes Hotel in einer alten Teefabrik. Herausragend war die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Essen war herrvorragend und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir bekamen eine Führung in der Teefabrik wo uns der Teeprozess erklärt und gezeigt wurde. Auch eine Wanderung wurde angeboten. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!! Bei der Hinfahrt ist es besser nach dem Weg zu fragen. Google maps führt woanders hin. ”
