Sehr gepflegte Apartmentanlage. Sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Apartment und würden jederzeit wieder dieses Apartment in dieser Region buchen In der Nähe sind ein kleiner Supermarkt und diverse Restaurants. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

An excellent place to stay! Highly recommended.

A very relaxing, quiet place to stay, Alen and his wife were very helpful and friendly for everything. The apartment was perfect for two and the photos correspond exactly to the rooms. Comfortable bed, a cozy terrace to eat on with a nice view and well equipped kitchen (large fridge, cooker, oven etc.) with access to a washing machine on lower floor. Good wifi too. Two beaches are very close - for young children about 200 metres or a closer rocky one. Supermarket and restaurants are close too. I would be very happy to come back again. There is a ferry to Trogir just 10 minutes walk along the beach. I really recommend this place.

Ren lejlighed med dejlig udsigt

Dejlig lejlighed, som er perfekt til både par og familier. Lejligheden havde en skøn udsigt til havnen og det er muligt at køre til Trogir på 15 min. Stedet var en smule svært at finde, da der ikke var nogle skilte. Værten var sød og venlig og meget hjælpsom. Vi kom uden for sæson og det var derfor ikke sommer endnu, så der var lidt koldt i lejligheden. Lejligheden er desuden en smule lydt. Men alt i alt et dejligt og rent sted.

Sehr moderne und komfortable Unterkunft

Wir haben die Villa Vrbat aufgrund der zahlreichen positiven Gästebewertungen gewählt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Unser Appartment war neuwertig, geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet, bot ausreichend Platz und war mit 2 Balkonen ausgestattet (einen mit Wäscheständer und einem größeren für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt im Freien). Herr Vrbat und seine Familie haben wir als sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir konnten uns problemlos auf Englisch unterhalten. Uns wurde sogar der Griller im Garten angeboten. Ein kleines Manko für Actionsuchende könnte der Ort Seget selbst sein. Er hat durchaus seinen Reiz, bietet aber außer einer netten Hafenbucht mit einer Handvoll guter Lokale und einem Badestrand mit Bootsverleih nicht viel. Wer eine Einkaufsmeile sucht, wird nicht fündig werden. Ein kleiner Tipp ist der angrenzende Campingplatz, wo eine 4km lange Promenade Richtung Trogir startet und in deren Verlauf sich weitere Lokale und Entertainmentmöglichkeiten für Kinder finden. In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ville Vrbat gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der das Notwendigste bietet. Einen Häuserblock entfernt kann man ins Meer hüpfen. Zum längeren Verweilen lädt die Stelle unserer Meinung allerdings nicht ein, weil man auf Steinplatten liegt und kaum Beschattung hat. Für ganze Badetage würden wir daher eher die Hafenbucht empfehlen. Fazit: Quartier top, der Ort selbst ist für alle jene reizvoll, die nicht vorrangig an Action interessiert sind.

Confort et tranquillité !

Appartement spacieux très bien équipé et offrant une belle terrasse sur la baie. Très propre. Propriétaire très serviable et attentionné. À notre arrivée, il nous avait préparé un cahier avec les informations pertinentes pour le secteur et du jus et de la bière nous attendait dans le frigo.

In Vranjica, a short ferry ride from Trogir which proved the perfect location as Trogir very busy and parking is difficult. Pleasant peaceful residential area with beaches and a few cafes and restaurants. Possible to go to Trogir for the evening if you wanted more. Met at the airport as arranged and Alan and his family could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and on the last day he drove me to the ferry in Trogir departing for Split. The apartment was very clean and modern and I can highly recommend.

Calme et proximité de la plage

Great Villa in Croatia

Very good stay in Croatia and in Villa Vrbat, everything feels new with a kitchen with everything you need, a very nice balcony and garden that you can stay in. Everything was very nice! Mr Alen even welcomed me and my friends with a bottle wine and told us about the near beaches and stuff, he is a very nice host. The only bad thing is if you are traveling to Croatia to go to Split it is pretty far to go there if you dont catch the bus that only goes two times per day, but you dont really need to go to Split to have a nice time, take the ferry to Trogir instead!

Villa Vrbat er nyt, meget pænt indrettet og helt utroligt rent.Haven er grøn, meget velholdt og hyggelig.Området er roligt og stille og med kun 5 min gang til badestranden. Alan er utrolig venlig og hjælpsom. Vi har nydt vores ophold meget og kommer gerne igen.

Very clean and comfortable hotel

We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed our time in Seget and Villa Vrbat. The owner was very kind, he parked our car and even offered to stay a few extra hours past the check out time. Villa is brand new, very clean and well-appointed, close to nice beaches. I wish we stayed longer, the place is very charming!

Quality Apartment

Modern Apartment with very good self-catering facilities. Clean and comfortable. The owner Alen was very helpful. Accommodation comprised separate Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen/Dining Room and Balcony. Good quality fittings, comfortable bed. All in all a very nice place to stay. Planning to return in 2015.

Impressive

Congenial and helpful host (Alen Vrbat) from whom we were delighted to receive a bottle of his own wine upon arrival and, kindly, on departure (the wine I can best describe as interesting and I don't mean that in a disparaging way as we don't get wine made from the plavac mali grape in the UK, it really was quite nice in a low key & unusual way). Alen also offered to help, if needed, at anytime during our holiday and not just whilst we were at Seget Vranjica which I thought was a lovely touch. Anyway, the accommodation. Very good sized apartment for a couple (we had number 1) and clean with bedroom and living area which also doubled as a second bedroom. Two balconies the larger one getting the late afternoon Sun and overlooking the bay. Kitchen very well equipped. The marble floors made things a bit echoey but otherwise it was quiet and in a very quiet location although only a couple of minutes walk to the sea. Two small supermarkets nearby. Didn't think that much of the beaches at Seget V but the coast towards the campsite was quite nice, less so on the other side of the bay. Trogir only a 10 minute drive or you can take the hourly water taxi from the campsite which was about a 10 min walk. The villa is not signed or marked from the outside: turn right just after the second supermarket and you should recognise it from the photo. Ideally you need a hire car but don't go bigger than a VW Polo or similar, the streets are narrow!

Amazing Stay - Amazing Hosts/Owners

We were planning on spending the day here before leaving from the Split Airport the following morning but due to a large rainstorm in Dubrovnik we were unable to arrive until later in the evening. The location of the hotel is perfect, 1 min walk to great beaches, 5 min drive to the town of Trogir, and about a 30 min drive to the town of Split. The hotel was very clean and we absolutely loved all the rooms/apartments - they had a kitchen and dining area, couches, a separate bedroom and private balconies. The owner/host was the best we encountered in our entire 3 week Croatia trip. He drove with us to the airport to drive us back after dropping off our rental car, he called and scheduled a taxi to pick us up the next morning, he offered his own children's toys to the 2 year in our group and gave the adults a bottle of his home made wine (which was delicious). We wish we could have stayed here longer as the hotel and host were absolutely the best.

Great place to stay

I simply cannot say enough about my stay here. The place was fantastic as was our host. The address was a little tough to get to but since he had provided a phone number the cab driver was able to call and work it all out. The room was huge and well furnished with a small balcony etc. We only stayed overnight and left early in the morning but he arranged transportation to the airport which was greatly appreciated. For the money I would say this may have been the nicest place I stayed during the two months I was abroad.

Appartement et immeuble d'une propreté exemplaire. Nous aurions pu manger et dormir au sol...Le propriétaire nous a réservé accueil superbe. toujours disponible, très sympathique. Dès notre arrivée il nous a offert une boisson fraîche avec des petits gâteaux. Prix très correct, appartement neuf meublé très contemporain et très grand Je recommande , ne pas hésiter !

Gemütliche Apartments in einem idyllischen Ort

Zusammen mit meinem Freund habe ich dort am Ende eines 2wöchigen Kroatien-Urlaubs 4 Nächte verbracht (noch vor Beginn der Hauptsaison). Einer der Gründe: der Flughafen von Split ist nur rund 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Von dort ging es zurück nach Deutschland. Der Ort an sich ist großartig: nicht zu groß, nur wenige Touristen (allerdings waren wir wie gesagt außerhalb der Hauptsaison dort, Anfang Juli), genug Platz an den Stränden (auch Schattenplätze) und die Apartments liegen sehr ruhig. Die Apartments sind toll: gemütlich, sehr sauber, so gut wie neu, groß, mit mindestens einem Balkon und einer tollen Ausstattung (z.B. großer Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, TV mit Sat (u.a. mit ARD, ZDF, RTL...), Kaffeemaschine und und und. Dazu gibt es 2 Parkplätze direkt am Gebäude und eine Garage mit rund 3 Stellplätzen. Zu Fuß sind es nur rund 5 Minuten zu den Stränden (super-sauberes Wasser, wie eigentlich überall in Kroatien). 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man die wichtigsten Dinge bekommt. Am Strand auf der einen Seite sind ein paar wenige Restaurants bzw. "Konobas" (hat uns für die 4 Nächte vollkommen gereicht). Der Gastgeber der Apartments ist toll: sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!
