Less than 2 hours north of Toronto, on over an acre of privacy with 180' of waterfront, this cottage is located on quiet McKechnie Lake just 20mins south of Parry Sound and only a short drive to many other scenic towns for the adventurous

A level lot with gradual shallow entry shoreline with sandy beach is perfect for the families!! For those looking to just soak up the sun, there's a brand new dock with lots of room to spread out and direct access into the deeper swim-able water. Canoe, kayaks and water toys are all there for your use! There are lifejackets available to be used but it is recommended that you bring your own to ensure a proper/safe fit. Need a break from water play? We've got you covered with badminton, volleyball, corn hole, ladder toss and axe throwing!

Inside the cottage you are met with a wonderful open-concept living and kitchen with FOUR separate walkouts. The entire interior has been newly refreshed. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds (King, two queen, one double) as well as a queen size pullout in the living room for extra sleep space. The living space is ready for family snuggles on the cozy sectional or curling up in the reading nook with a selection from the library. You'll also find a selection of family board games and puzzles for those slow afternoons.
