If you'd like to use the sauna, please note that it takes approximately 30min to heat up.

For larger groups, we can arrange another property with an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate an additional 6 guests. Message me if you would be interested in this and I can check availability.

Electricity usage is subject to a fair usage policy of 821 kWh per week. Guests will pay asked to pay for additional electricity used beyond this amount.

Use of the tennis court is available from 7am to 7pm.

If you'd like to use the sauna, notify us before so that we can explain use.

Please clean up the garden and pool area after use (no bottles, towels or food left outside).
