Designed for multiple families, extended families, and groups of friends traveling together, this spacious Bayside Resort home offers the ideal combination of shared gathering spaces and room to spread out. With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 king suites on separate floors, 2 living rooms, and bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors, everyone can enjoy time together while still having space of their own.

Enjoy 7 Smart TVs with cable—including one in every bedroom and both living rooms—2 indoor fireplaces, an Xbox 360 with Kinect, board games, DVDs, children's books, bicycles, beach chairs, a screened porch, private patio with built-in gas grill, private office, and a well-stocked kitchen designed for cooking and dining with a crowd. During the Christmas season, the home is made even more welcoming with a decorated Christmas tree and festive holiday décor in the first-floor living room and foyer.

Optional guest passes may be purchased separately for access to Bayside Resort recreational amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness facilities, pickleball and tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, kayaking, paddleboarding, and more.

Located inside the award-winning Bayside Resort Golf Club community, the home is minutes from Fenwick Island and Delaware beaches, Freeman Arts Pavilion concerts, tax-free Delaware shopping, and Ocean City, Maryland.


SPACE FOR EVERYONE

The thoughtfully designed two-story layout makes this home especially well suited for families and groups vacationing together.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, including a king suite with an ensuite bathroom and electric fireplace. Three additional bedrooms are located upstairs, including a second king suite with an ensuite bathroom.

Two separate living rooms give guests flexibility to gather together or enjoy different activities. Adults can relax by the gas fireplace in the main living room while others watch movies, play games, or enjoy the Xbox 360 with Kinect in the upstairs family room.

Both living rooms feature large Smart TVs with cable and queen sleeper sofas for additional sleeping flexibility.

Every bedroom includes a Smart TV with cable and a ceiling fan, and four of the five bedrooms feature blackout curtains.


PROFESSIONALLY MADE BEDS & INCLUDED LINENS

No linen packages to rent and no beds to make when you arrive.

Every bed is professionally made before check-in with freshly laundered sheets, allowing you to unpack and start enjoying your vacation immediately.

Mattress pads, pillows, blankets, comforters, professionally laundered sheets, two bath towels, and two washcloths per guest are provided.

Guests should bring or rent beach towels for use at the beach and resort pools.


TWO LIVING ROOMS & ENTERTAINMENT FOR ALL AGES

The main living room is designed for gathering after a day at the beach or resort and features comfortable seating, local artwork, a large Smart TV with cable, gas fireplace, and queen sleeper sofa.

During the Christmas season, the main living room is decorated with a Christmas tree and festive holiday décor, creating a cozy setting by the fireplace for opening gifts, enjoying holiday traditions, and spending time together. Additional holiday décor welcomes guests in the foyer.

The upstairs family room provides a second place to relax and includes a large sectional sofa, queen sleeper sofa, large Smart TV with cable, Xbox 360 with Kinect, board games, DVDs, and entertainment options for guests of all ages.

A large selection of children's books is also provided for families traveling with kids.

WELL-STOCKED KITCHEN & DINING FOR A CROWD

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from quick beach breakfasts to Thanksgiving feasts and Christmas dinners.

Amenities include a Keurig Duo coffee maker, coffee, tea, sweeteners, electric kettle, blender, toaster, mixer, two crock pots, cookware, baking tools, dishes, glassware, flatware, and a large pantry stocked with a selection of spices.

Gather around the custom dining table with seating for up to 12 guests, enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar with seating for 3, or dine outside on the screened porch.


SCREENED PORCH, PRIVATE PATIO & BUILT-IN GAS GRILL

Enjoy additional gathering and dining spaces outdoors.

The screened porch features comfortable seating for up to 8 guests, dining space, and string lights that create a relaxing atmosphere in the evenings.

Just outside, the private patio offers Adirondack seating and a built-in gas grill with a direct gas line, so there are no propane tanks to refill or exchange. A small flower garden provides a pleasant backdrop during the warmer months.


WORK, LAUNDRY & PRACTICAL COMFORTS

Need to work or attend school remotely? The private second-floor office includes a monitor, keyboard, mouse, desk lamp, Ethernet connection, ceiling fan, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The first-floor laundry room includes a washer, dryer, utility sink, and laundry detergent for guest use.

The garage provides additional vacation conveniences, including bicycles and helmets, beach chairs, lawn chairs, coolers, wagons, a drying rack, and an extra refrigerator for additional food and beverage storage.


OWNER-MANAGED WITH PERSONALIZED GUEST SUPPORT

This home is personally managed by Amy, the owner—not a large property management company.

Guests communicate directly with Amy and frequently mention her responsiveness in reviews. You'll receive prompt, personalized assistance from someone who knows the home, Bayside Resort, and the surrounding area.

A local team is also available when assistance at the property is needed.


PARKING & GUEST ACCESS

Guests have exclusive use of the home, screened porch, private patio, built-in gas grill, and garage, except for one locked owner's closet.

Parking is available for one vehicle in the garage and two vehicles in the driveway. Additional free parking is available in designated community shell spaces nearby.

Street parking and blocking sidewalks are prohibited. Community security patrols the neighborhood and may ticket or tow improperly parked vehicles.

In accordance with HOA requirements, the garage door must remain closed from dusk to dawn. It may be opened briefly when entering or exiting the garage and should be closed immediately afterward.

Guest passes are optional and only needed if you wish to use Bayside Resort recreational amenities.

Depending on seasonal availability and resort operations, amenities include:

The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course requires separate greens fees and is not included with guest passes.

GUEST PASS DETAILS & 2026 PRICING

Guest passes are not included with the rental and must be purchased separately through Amy.

If you plan to enjoy the beaches, restaurants, shopping, concerts, golf, and the home itself without using Bayside Resort recreational amenities, guest passes are not necessary.

To avoid an additional resort processing fee, passes must be ordered at least 7 business days before arrival. Passes are picked up at the Health & Aquatic Club after arrival and are non-refundable once purchased.

Children age 4 and under do not require a guest pass but must be supervised by an adult with a valid pass.
