“A beautiful setting with wonderful staff, even if one or two lacked attentiveness. The bamboo bungalow was beautiful. The bed and beddings were 5/5; very comfortable. Unfortunately, the accolades stop there. Because the "retreat" is so remote, there are no other eating options nearby so guests have to rely on the hotel restaurant. “Absolutely loved this property and I highly recommend it for spacious & comfortable and luxurious stay. The property exceeded our expectations and the hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Plenty of living space so great for big families or families with teenagers. “From the Front counter, restaurant to housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful at all times they have a free option to take you for your food shopping, Jimbaran beach etc..I believe that was a good touch to the already great service.
