The room was beautifully decorated and the bedding was soft and comfortable. “Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. ”

Durante 4 días no vimos a nadie encargado del alojamiento, los cubos de basura de la cocina llenos por 3 días; las toallas sin cambiar, mucha suciedad en el suelo de la cocina y debajo de los sofás del salón, porque ayudamos a buscar un móvil de un cliente y había basura y mucho polvo debajo....
