A stay in this apartment is like stepping back in time. The owner has lovingly restored two houses. One of them contains three apartments, while the other is a detached cottage. Each apartment has its own private terrace. Guests are welcome to use the communal pool and barbecue. This particular apartment is on the ground floor. The house is beautifully furnished, with cheerful colors creating a cozy atmosphere. All apartments are equipped with mosquito nets on all windows and a safe.

You have access to a small communal garden with grass, garden furniture, and stunning views of the surrounding wooded hills. Enjoy the peaceful and tranquil setting. In this mountain village, residents still live according to ancient traditions. Here, the shepherd still passes by with his sheep. Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.

Explore the grounds with one of the five available mountain bikes. The area boasts many cultural attractions. For example, visit Spoleto (30 km) with its historical buildings and art. Or enter Spello (40 km) through the Roman Porta Consulare. Nature lovers can enjoy the Marmore waterfalls (30 km).
