The holiday apartment in Seepark Sellin offers approximately 20 m² of space for up to two people and is the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. As a special bonus, your booking includes free daily access to the swimming pool at the AHOI! Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (excluding the period from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). From Easter 2026, a modern fitness center will also be available on-site, where you can train your strength and endurance in an inspiring environment – all fitness and training facilities are free of charge and ensure an active and relaxing holiday experience.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the Göhren building and features a bright living area with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small kitchenette with a filter coffee machine. Bed linen is included. You can spend relaxing hours on the balcony and enjoy the surroundings. A bicycle storage room is available, and a bread roll delivery service can be arranged upon request to start your day conveniently.

The location is also excellent: shopping facilities and the AHOI! water park and adventure center are only about 50 meters away, and the beach is approximately 900 meters away. Sellin Pier is also about 900 meters away, and the ferry terminal is only about 500 meters away. A bus stop about 100 meters away provides convenient access, while restaurants, bakeries, and leisure activities such as mini-golf are in the immediate vicinity.

A security deposit of €100 is required for your stay and will be refunded within five business days after departure, provided the property is left in good order.
