You can reach your residence easily and comfortably via the in-building elevator. You can fully enjoy your vacation here in two perfectly coordinated, light-filled rooms. The spacious living room features a smart TV, a digital sound system, and a designer couch with two armchairs that invite you to relax. Through the adjacent dining area, you’ll enter the open kitchen with real wood countertops, where you’ll find everything you need to round out your vacation with culinary delights. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, and numerous other utensils, offers you a wide range of options to bring your culinary visions to life. In the bedroom, you’ll find a large double bed with an electric fireplace and access to your 20 m² furnished balcony terrace with a beach chair, which extends all the way to the living room. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, and—as in the rest of the apartment—underfloor heating.

Built in 2018, FIRST Sellin is located at the end of the lively and popular Wilhelmstraße in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Sellin—right at the entrance to the famous pier and the beach.
