It consists of 340 square meters and is distributed in 2 levels.

- 1 bedroom with single bed

It also has baby cot and highchair.
Living room with satellite TV, wifi, stereo and table and chairs for 8 people.
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances.
3 bathrooms with bathtubs and showers.
Once outside you will enjoy barbecue, a pool of 8 x 4.5 x1,80 meters, 8 sunbeds, private garden and terrace.
The nearest grocery store is 1 kilometer, as well as the pharmacy and the village center of Selva.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.
