Business trip- first room was really noisy next to lift. I was placed in different room: phone not working and air con working funny with cold air coming even when switched off.... Dissapointed

New well designed apartments. Excellent receptionists who were able to efficiently deal with any issues or queries that I had. The only negative was that the bed was not that comfortable.
