Balinese Style Luxury 3BR Villa in Seminyak - 3Min Drive To Seminyak Square!

An oasis of calm in bustling Seminyak a spacious experience of Balinese luxury in which to relax and feel truly at home. This contemporary villa is built on 1,000m² of land in a ‘U’ shape, around a tall traditional Balinese Joglo and faces a sparkling 4m x 20m swimming pool surrounded by a lush garden.
Three beautifully appointed air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and ensuite facilities, a large lounge area with a bar and a dinning space, a TV room in a mezzanine and comfy seating everywhere provides ample spaces in which to relax and enjoy yourself.

Surrounding the sparkling swimming pool is a lush garden with tropical plants, trees and manicured lawns, which are dotted with statues and features a Buddhist stupa. The pool is 20 x 4m and includes a shallow entrance, an area ideal for sipping a chilled drink while sunbathing. Be sure to rest on one of the many sun-loungers placed around the pool or ask the staff to replace the double sun bed by a table to allow for a cosy poolside breakfast or dinner.

The expansive grounds of the villa are the best way to play with kids and families, do your yoga, or simply walk around bare-foot on the freshly cut green grass and enjoy the natural and breezy surroundings. A large traditional structure stands amidst the garden and foliage and lights up magnificently when the sun goes down.

Built around an impressive traditional Balinese ‘Joglo’ rising to 10 meters, the lounge is the centerpiece of the villa and is surrounded by the two main pavilions of the villa.
The choice is yours when it comes to enjoy your time. The comfortable and cosy living space is furnished with plush couches and armchairs and two recliner chairs out front, from where you can take in the lovely view of the outdoor swimming pool and lawns. Just behind the sitting area lies a wooden dining table which can comfortably seat up to 10 people. The fully-equipped modern kitchen is also accessible to the guests.

There are two flights of steps just in the middle of the room leading up to a media room, which is furnished with comfort in mind: bean bags and couches where you can just relax!

The three air-conditioned bedrooms are airy and spacious, and all include a dressing room. All rooms come with a semi open-air, private bathroom with a bath and walk in shower, and are populated with exotic plants. Each bathroom has a distinct theme, different colours and selection of natural materials. Each room is furnished with a king-size bed and includes a flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and a personal safe.
