Es un. Mini apartmento , esta limpio mas las personas no son mada servicies. Me Dieron un acuenta a pagar quw no me Habian avizado nada sobre el Check out y el Desayuno es decepcionante. No esta frente a la playa! Hay wue caminar por entre una tierra abandonada por wl Gobierno que es usada Como basurero. La Manager no es nada amable. Queda cerca de buenos hoteles en los que si quedan frente a la playa y uno se puede divertir. NO LO RECOMIENDO

The hotel situated close to the beach where there were many good restaurants serving cheap but delicious food while enjoying beautiful sunset. Room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast are mediocre but all the staff we met were courteous and helpful. We've stayed there for 9 days and enjoyed much. A very good value for money choice in Seminyak.

Bad hotel !

First of all this hotel is not on the beach . In presentation says that is on the beach what is totaly wrong . Not far from the beach ( only 50 m ) but not on the beach! Second of all and i think is a comon practice is related about breakfast . My booking was with breakfast included but when arive at proprety in stead of hello was a simple you have to pay for a breakfast . I was trying for 2 days to prove them that i was pay for breakfast but they was keep show me a email that says i dont have . I get tyred and i just have an amayzing breakfast at a local warung on the beach cause i didnt want to destroy my holiday for a breakfast . The room was mouldy ventilator broke bad small from shower and ac .... the good think at this location is a big room and a nice tv otherwise i would not recomanded . I was atach few photos with the exact location as well with the mould and also with the mail that i show it also to the manager but still continue to tell me i have no breakfast .

I loved the location of the property, right near the beach and some fantastic places like Potatohead and short walks to other cool places. Unfortunately no beach view. Breakfast was good and tasty but limited choices, still good, but other hotels have had buffet style breakfast. Lovely people, very clean, small grounds but very nicely looked after. comfortable bedding, great aircon. Need to provide water with turndown service, if only a small bottle for each guest. A little difficult to locate, driver became lost because 'maps' app on iphone chose wrong route. google maps was correct. accessible via Batu Belig. Mini mart very close by and atm also. place to go if you have done your shopping and just want to chill. relaxed vibe but still places around to party.

Worst front desk ever!

Hi Harmony Beach Suites, I think you need to change your staff especially your front desk. I don't think they would learn from training on how to smile and treat their guest well. We brought the super dirty and full of stain "new or unused" towel (we got from DAY 1 when we checked in) to the front desk and asked them a clean one, guess what happened? They were all (3 ladies were there) miserable, no one smiles, and one of them threw the towel on the ground! We were like, what's wrong with you???? They were all dense!

Great hotel with everything you need!

The hotel location could.not have been better suited for our us. It right across from the beach and close to various restaurants and mini markets (within 5 min walk). The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious, had a comfortable bed and consistent wifi and AC. Oh and providing water each day was a nice treat. The pool area had loungers to relax and was never crowded during our stay. Breakfast provided was delicious with various options to choose from. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Perfectly Located 50 meters from the beach, close to Tropicola, Potatohead and Seminyak Main Street. Hotel was pretty good for the money but our stay could have been better if staff weren’t so lazy. Also tried to rip us off and charge for breakfast that we had included on the deal. Made to feel like we had to eat out which in the end we preferred as the breakfast was average at best! Clean a

We chose this place as it was like a 5mins walk to W Bali hotel. Room stunk of mothballs-yuck however is nice and spacious. Staff were dissapointly rude,unhelpful and was never at the desk when you need them. We werent told where to have breakfast which was by the pool we went next door and got charged extra it was actually nicer going to the beach and having breakfast there. Make sure breakfast is booked with the hotel they even tried to trick me saying due to the price I paid it doesnt include breakfast even though it did a few guest had the same issue.

Great hidden treasure

Great location if you know the area. Close to beach and many new warungs and beach clubs. Good pool. Nice breakfast, nothing flash. Living area then seperate bedroom and the bathroom. Good wifi. Good tv channel selection. Best value in the area and I'm a Travel Agent and no this area well.

Close to the beach, restorants and center of Seminyak. Very good customer service. Stuff is very friendly and heppy to help with any issues.

Liked the hotel up until the last few days...

there was an actual lake on the floor in the bedroom from the leaky air conditioner and it was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. The toilet seat was broken. Ants everywhere near the fridge. The first room we had was fine but we were made to move due to other guests wanting an adjoining room. Security was absolute crap. Threatened by a local in our hotel as the security guard did not ask him to leave.

Quiet spot close to beach

Budget hotel/motel style inline with its pricing. Scary situation with a villager from next door threatening us ( 6 adults ) and being allowed to follow us into hotel continuing to harass and threaten us. Security guard also became violent towards us with NO PROVACATION other than being egged on by the village idiot. Security would not call manager and told us all to ' F ' OFF twice. We had to lock ourselves in the room until help arrived in the form of a local resident that we are friends with. Again , we did nothing wrong to provoke these people. We have been coming to Bali for 20 years and know to adhere to their customs and way. we will never use this hotel again

Nice birthday stay hotel

The hotels address on Expedia was wrong and google maps tried to take us through the W club next door, but we eventually found the right little dirt path down to the hotel. First impressions were great, the hotel is nice, big, and open planned and the staff were very welcoming. They helped us with our bags up the large grand staircase and to our rooms. Breakfast was perfect, the French toast with honey (more like syrup) was amazing and you could also get fresh fruit platters or juice. You can either go down and eat it in the poolside restaurant or have it delivered to your room (make sure you specify!). The hotel is 100m to the beach just down a little lane, and on the beach are a few cheap eats. If you go further left all the resorts which are a bit more expensive, including the famous potato head beach club. When we lay by the pool, we had it pretty much to ourselves which was ideal, but then we did go end of June. This place is a bit more expensive than some classic traveller place she nearby but we wanted to have a little treat for my friends 21st. So glad we did, it's really close to town (if you walk along the beach) and it is our favourite hotel of our 1 month stay in Bali so far!
