Old furniture and not really clean

The best is the swimming pool if you feel to use it. If not, I wouldn't reccomend this hotel: the furniture is old and rusty, the walls paint is falling and globally it could be much more clean. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful.

On reviewing this property before we left australia it didnt look good, but we thought hey why not might be ok now....famous last words. The place is not clean and despite them saying they will clean everyday...they dont. Whilst hot water in a country like bali is probably the last thing you want. After going ATVing or white rafting and cold you really want a hot shower...but your not getting one unless you ask abd you wait and you ask eveyday. If you want the front desk to call you a taxi, they look at you with a dumb look on the face like taxis in bali are the most foreign thing you can find. My advice...if you read this review, don't do what i did and think it will be ok...cause its not. Pay the little extra and get a little more. Expedia...you should be ashamed of allowing a place like this to be an option on your website. If i could give negative stars i would.

Avoid this 'hotel'. Stay at your peril!

Utterly terrible accommodation and terrible service - Room was ready an hour late, then not clean with junk food and trash still left about, walls smeared with dirty handprints, stained couches, broken floor and stair tiles, broken lights, shower dirty and rusty, toilet blocked, no hot water. Seriously! After one night of regrettably sleeping there, awoke with my legs covered in bed bug/flea bites (took weeks to heal). Complaints to the three reception staff were a total waste of effort and time. They finally agreed the hotel room was in poor shape, but they gave me a complete run around, as the manager did not work at that hotel and they couldn't offer a refund. Booked an alternate hotel and got out of there pronto!

Toilet was smelly and everyday need to remind them to do cleaning..when I booked it shows they will provide breakfast and toiletries but nothing was there..bath towel and all horrible

We would not recommend this property to anyone, unless you are happy with budget accommodation. I checked with hotel if they had fast internet before booking, I was told yes very fast. When we arrived they had no idea we had a booking so it took 30 minutes to check us in. We then got in the room, one bar signal. We work online 7 days and need fast internet. In fact , we put up with it for one week because there was a co working space a few doors down so we worked from there at $20 per day. During the week, 4 days no internet at all. They said they had internet problems just that week. Not true, other guests confirmed it was always slow. So they lied before we booked. Walls in bathroom had squashed mosquitos with fresh smeared blood. Snot and gum on the bedroom walls above the bed. People living there, running businesses from their rooms. Loud children every day until very late running wild. No refund policy so we lost over $1000, even though they lied. Not clean, smells horrible, no internet, over priced, pool dirty, people living there. This is NOT a holiday place and should not be allowed to have a listing on any hotel booking site. I hope this is a warning to anyone considering booking here. It is noisy, BUDGET accommodation with barely any internet speed and not clean. Prices should be same as a hostel.

it was ok condition a bit scruffy but pretty much most hotels in bali need a small amount of tlc room good clean , lost water a few times life went on till fixed close to seminyak shops and kuta good family place as rooms separated and a/c . got a bit worried when read hotel info they can supply guard for minding your car at nighttime but stayed three nights had no dramas really need transport but I enjoyed it ,

Fridge didn’t work at all, so much different bugs (mosquito, ants, some weird flies and more) Little bit dirty apartment... sheets and towels were dirty all the time.. Wi-Fi didn’t work properly. But staff was kind and we had fun, good location.

This property is so run down and absolutely disgusting standards! The pool, don’t even go in it, I’ve seen ponds cleaner! The female manager will attempt to extort the deposit you have to pay with stories of glasses missing (is e never used there glasses,) in fact we were booked in for 7 days, we checked out after the first night considering you couldn’t even swim in the “pool” (pond) my daughter came up in bites and lumps from swimming in it for 5 minutes, there was toilet paper floating In the pool. We tried cleaning it ourselves but it was useless trying, it needed chlorine and the grounds had old pizza boxes with food scrapes in it, which of course then attracted rats. I would recommend you stay somewhere else as there are so many budget places that still take pride in their grounds. I will certainly never return, the female manager and her extortion attempts was the final straw so we left. With our full deposit refunded after stern words! The housekeeping staff were very helpful and generally lovely, that’s the only positive about this place.

Not a bad place for the price however the towels were very grey and dirty. However staff are very friendly. Also downside is that rooms are upstairs so be prepared for those with heavier luggage.

Great for the price, but could be cleaner.

The townhouses are good value for money, they are spacious having 2 double bedrooms, both with a bathroom, ideal for a family or 2 couples. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, I feel they need to pay a little more attention to the cleanliness, there was dust in the bathroom vent, grouting that had not been cleaned off after tiling and some of the plug sockets were hanging off the walls. We moved the sofa forward (to see the TV a bit better as it was not very big) and it did not look as if they had ever been cleaned behind it. Could also do with a microwave and toaster in the kitchen (there is only a 2 ring hob), oh, and hot water (they only have hot water upstairs). This could be a wonderful place if they could bring it up to scratch. Did not use the pool, but it was cleaned every day. They do not take a credit card as the deposit, so make sure you have enough cash. There is a very nice Fish & Chips around the corner, where you can eat there or take away. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

I love love LOVED this place! The environment was very comfortable and pleasing as it felt as if it really was my own home. Loved the layout and especially loved the employees. They are so kind and helpful and I’m forever grateful for them. When I come to Bali again I will definitely stay here again!

Kind of off the beaten path but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean but the air conditioning didn’t work well. We were only there one night and the room was great for the price

Det var en stor og praktisk leilighet med et helt greit basseng utfor. Badene kunne trengt en opppussing, luktet mye kloakk. En av mine venner hadde to mobiler med seg, den ene lå kun hjemme på kjøkkenbordet. Den andre brukte hun ute. Både mobilen hun brukte hjemme og hodetelefonene hennes forsvant plutselig fra rommet en dag. Da vi informerte resepsjonen om dette var de ikke særlig hjelpsomme. Om dette var andre gjester som har klart å kommet seg inn, eller om det var en av de ansatte vet jeg ikke. Vi hadde også en litt ubehagelig opplevelse der naboer (som ikke bodde på hotellet) kastet steiner inn terrasse døren. Dette var på grunn av at våre håndklær og bikinier hang på rekkverket.

Pleasing & Convenient

I Thought this property was great. Clean, spacious (5 people), well placed & not too touristy & quite, considering it was just off the main street. Short taxi ride to anywhere. Plus a pool that was a bonus. Beach was 25 min walk & property was not far off Sunset road which meant ease of access to anywhere (except traffic). What was cool that if you wanted get get your Bali Bogan on it was not far to Jalans Padma & Melasti & far enough away that you never saw any of the real tourists if you chose. Great local food nearby on Jalan Nakula + hotel restaurants nearby where food was good & not too expensive which you could always get a good coffee & Cirlce K convenient stores everywhere + ATM's close by. Would definitely stay here again & would recommend it to everyone.

If ya doing it cheap!

We stayed for six days last week, the personnel were friendly, very little facilities, power gas and water off for 1 whole day, no awareness at all. Cheap but could be a lot better.

We got what we paid for

The place was clean but there were bugs everywhere, and lizards in the room. It was not quiet and we were woken up every morning by screaming children playing in the pool very early. For what we paid, we managed for the week. Had to pay 150000 Indonesian Rupiahs for a towel stain, which was unreasonable and more expensive than breakfast for 4. Not very helpful either. Very far from the Seminyak Square, closer to Kuda.
