“The hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, but in reality it would be closer to a 3-star by European standards. The building is very old and in clear need of renovation and proper maintenance. Nothing about the common areas feels like a true 5-star experience. There are also several basic amenities missing. In the room, there isn’t even an iron, and in the bathroom there is no conditioner provided. On top of that, there is no air-conditioning in any of the main areas of the hotel — not in...

“Everything about this hotel was great - good value, great location, excellent breakfast, etc!”

“The accommodation was great. The room was actually big and bathroom as well. Great value for money it was close to local shops and really nice cafe. Just few minutes to the beach in the scooter. Definitely would stay again. It would be great if there is a big sign to make it easy to find this place as we did straggler to find it even put one before the turn as google was very confused to navigate us.”

“This hotel is very clean and perfect for a base to move around Bali. The rooms were quiet and perfectly adequately furnished. We stayed in room130 and on the first day I informed reception that the shower was spraying everywhere. This was not fixed in the week we were there but we managed. You can walk to the beach from the hotel and directly opposite there are a number of moped hire and restaurants. We only realized that there were sun beds around the pool on the lower level on the last day,...

“Everything is close by”

“Thank you Intan and team being so helpful and friendly”
