“The rooms were very basic, the door was super thin and I could hear everyone walking past, to the elevator all night. The doors weren’t lockable to ensure a safe environment. The lighting in the room was bad, no bedside lamps or lighting to allow relaxation. Only master ceiling lights that were positioned in odd places around the room.
