She was an A-plus host—quick to respond and proactive about making sure the quirky details felt like pleasant surprises instead of gotchas. We had total privacy the whole time, and while we never quite made it into the hot tub, it looked perfectly inviting for next time. If you’re after a place with character, comfort, and a host who truly cares, book this one—you’ll love it. We’d come back in a heartbeat!”

And the pre-stay communication with Mitchell was fantastic (very important for a Type A planner with lots of questions!). The Prospect neighborhood is charming and lovely. “This was a very comfortable, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. When we first arrived, the owner allowed us to drop off things before check in. We had a clogged drain that they had fixed quickly and completely. The owners were delightful and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and had breakfast items available. Beds were comfortable and the property was very clean. ”

“Our week in Lesley's Casita was wonderful. It was a short walk to Erie's restaurants and parks. We loved the natural light through the many windows throughout the cottage-style home. We had everything we needed to be comfortable: a well-stocked kitchen, washer-dryer, etc. After days of exploring Estes Park and visiting with family, we enjoyed coming back to the comfortable Casita.
