“I had high hopes for this place. The description said that we would be treated more than a number, as soon as we checked in, it felt rushed. There was an envelope with our name on it outside. A staff member I think came to show us where our room was again, felt rushed. In the description it said fresh fruit and snacks would be provided, there wasn’t any at all. There was a glass bottle of water, and some ice in the small fridge. Absolutely no snack, no fruit nothing. The breakfast menu gave us...

“The stay was excellent. Cheryl and her team provided wonderful, personal care - the breakfasts are to die for, as are the baked goods made fresh every day. On days when we had to leave early Cheryl packed us freshly made breakfast sandwiches to go. Great location in the heart of West Sedona. Would love to go back. ”
