“We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, catered to our needs very effectively”

“Incredible place, accomodation is luxury, views are breathtaking, staff are lovely. If I went again I wouldnt take the half board option and order off the menu as the food and options were better and not particularly expensive. ”

“Agradezco el upgrade que nos dieron. Un buen establecimiento en medio de la nada. Espero que pronto reparen -en realidad construyan- el camino de acceso. ”

“Decent property or a short stay. The dining experience was good. Close to Nuwara Eliya town centre but not walkable. Considering the fact the area is a hill station with cold/colder weather conditions, the room(s) need a better heating setup that can make the visitors feel comfortable inside the room.”

“El lugar apartado de la población y muy cerca de ella en coche 10 minutos al centro o en tuc tuc y caminando 1 hora Lo unico que no me gusto eran que las servilletas no las cambiaban cada dia El personal super amable y atento”

“What a dream this place is. Fantastic stay that felt like we were welcomed into a home of warm friends. Food was perfect, stay was perfect, view and massages perfect as well. perfect place for some rest and rejuvenation. Take a great book and fall asleep in the comfortable double bed lounger in the flower garden.”

“El acceso al alojamiento era muy complicado, la habitación estaba muy sucia al igual que el cuarto de baño y las fotos no tenían nada que ver con la realidad ”

“Room was spacious and nice. Welcoming 5 min massage was great and full body massage for fair price was very good. Whirlpool in sauna area was under maintenance. Service in restaurant was very bad. We ate their twice, both 15 min nobody cared about us, then once ordered nothing happened another 20 minutes, not even drinks came. Second day for breakfast same experience. Food though was good and prices fair. Definitely they have service issues in their restaurant.”

“The property is remote and beautifully removed from all noise and light pollution. The staff are well trained and a pleasure to interact with as they are helpful and kind. I highly recommend this location for the discerning traveler who is not intimidated by remote locations and rough terrain in accessing the property. ”

“Cozy ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Tea Plant, with a very spacious room offering a lovely view — thank you again for the upgrade. Dinner was also good and generous. However, the hotel really needs some refurbishment (leaks, worn furniture), and the staff could be a bit more professional”

“Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. There was no hot water available until I asked them about it. Overall stay was good but I felt pretty cold in the night”

“Exceptionally bad, dirty room, bed linen with stains and filthy toilet, shower without hot water. Unfriendly staff that didn’t make us feel very welcome ”

“Lovely property. Spotless rooms, attentive staff, peaceful surroundings.”

“景色は素晴らしいが、エレベーターがないので不便です。換気が上手くいってないのか、料理の匂いが部屋でも気になりました。”

“Hotellet er i sin helhed godt til prisen og personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Der var en del musik der støjede fra naboer, hvilket gjorde det svært at falde i søvn, hvilket var et stort minus for hotellet.”

“Stay at property was amazing! The views where breathtaking and awesome to unwind to after staying in the city. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. We stayed 2 nights and also visited the nearby waterfalls...”
