“My partner and I, and our dog, had an amazing week at the Cozy Casita. Check-in was easy, the Casita was clean and well stocked, and the fenced backyard and hot tub was very private and relaxing. Super dog friendly, easy trail access, walking distance to restaurants, the list goes on and on. We’ll definitely come back!”

“I would highly recommend this VRBO in Sedona. It was actually less expensive than staying at a hotel and much more enjoyable. My husband and I loved its location close to the heart of Sedona situated in a beautiful residential neighborhood. The rental is located in the walkout basement of the house but with windows throughout- it seemed very open and airy. The bathroom and kitchen were modern and well appointed and the furnishings throughout were smartly decorated. The place was perfectly clean....

“Nice quiet neighborhood situated close to Flagstaff and we were able to visit the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Lowell Observatory all while staying at this cute tiny house. The shared driveway and walkways with the other cabin were not clear and caused a little confusion but the privacy with the gate and the hot tub on a chilly night was amazing.”

“We planned a short trip to AZ and couldn’t be happier with our stay in Cottonwood! Perfect location…close to town for restaurants and shopping but secluded from traffic and congestion. What a wonderful property! Very clean, very cozy, all the amenities made you feel at home. Hot tub was very relaxing on a cool night watching the stars. Great communication with the host! Short drive to Jerome and Sedona. We highly recommend the property and plan to return in the future!”
