“Great value for money especially when comparing similar options. Our balcony overlooked the beach which was perfect for morning coffee or sunset at the end of the day. About 15/20min walk down to Burleigh pavilion and town center, we preferred this as it felt like we were out of the hustle and bustle. Rooms were not fancy but had everything you would need. ”

“I stayed in a studio room for three nights. Note - not all studio rooms are the same! My first night was in room 1, which is unique in having no privacy - the screen door directly faces a high traffic area next to stairs to the upper level - I had to have the curtains closed when I was in the room - and noise from people passing at all hours due to poor soundproofing. This room also had very small sinks in the bathroom and kitchenette, and a very firm bed. I complained about the noise and lack...

“Very outdated furnishings and kitchen and bathrooms, rattling window shutters on balcony, balcony chats all rusted so couldn’t use them without marking clothes and lots of little maintenance issues throughout the apartment. Overpriced for what it is. Really paying for the location”
